I do not like soft cheese, so this one satisfies all my reqs: rich in taste, not so soft, not salty, ideal for breakfast and even wine tasting.

Ballyshannon cheese is always the first to disappear from cheese trays at our house. Dubliner does not compare at all. Ballyshannon literally melts in your mouth it is so creamy and delicious. I hope you'll bring Ballyshannon back.

After my Sam's stopped selling aged Vermont cheddar, I decided to try this. I love English cheese so I thought this would be good. The mint in it horrible.

This was being sampled at my local Sam's. It's delicious!!! Finished half of it in one day.

Didn't like this cheese at all. It almost has a rank like spoiled milk taste.
