Bought this for our patio. The price was under $500. What a deal. Love this tv. Great picture. We bought a rolling stand so we can put it away easily.

I purchased it online and received it broken! Such a horrible experience, it takes forever for Sam to have the TV picked up and get your money refunded.

Brand new but issues connecting with wifi. This is apparently common for Samsung TV'S. I have to unplug it and plug it back in then it connects no problem.

Fabulous purchase! Needed a tv after my old one was knocked over and this one does not disappoint! The picture is I credible and the setup was a snap!

LCD panel died at 36 months of regular use. TV was completely unusable after this. Native Samsung operating system is also terrible. You will have to by a primestick/ chromecast/ roku setup to make this model usable.

We haven't unpacked the TV yet. However my family and I searched for this item with other vendors and Sam's offered the best price!!!!!! Free Delivery with plus membership!!!!

Picture is ok. The biggest complaint is with the "smart tv" function. The menu has a mind of its own and doesn't seem consistent and the remote is bulky with a whole lot of features that aren't used. Not happy with it and will be returning.

Bought this tv in 2021, just stopped working august 2025. Big black blob takes over and spreads like a virus. Don't recommend. Now I can't watch Jeopardy.

Does not let you add any more applications from Playstore. The operating system is not android and hence whatever applications it suggests and are pre-installed are pretty much what you could work with. If you need any other additional apps you would have to invest in a casting unit which would do the work even in a non-smart tv

Limited availability for owner to change settings. Can't download some of the more popular streaming apps like Peacock and Vimeo. Phone customer service wasn't particularly helpful but was American. Great picture and sound. Clear even on low speed Internet.
