This was a great deal on a great TV. Bought this on sale during the Christmas season when our TCL brand died on us. We have a smaller Samsung TV that is nearly ten years old and still going strong, so we opted to go with the brand. The picture quality is excellent, without that weird "uncanny valley" effect I see in a lot of other high definition TVs. We're very happy with the quality we got for the price. Easy to set up and mostly user-friendly.

Fantastic picture quality, great sound, reasonable price. My partner and I have wanted to splurge a little for a nice TV for years and I'm glad that when we ended up doing so we went with this model. It's got all the features and qualities we dreamed of and I can envision us being happy with it for many years!

The power indicator light flickered briefly, but the screen remained completely black. No amount of resetting, unplugging, or troubleshooting helped. I checked all the connections, tried different outlets, and even consulted the manual, but nothing worked. For a TV that's only a year old, this is incredibly disappointing. It seems that the build quality or internal components simply couldn't stand the test of time. I had expected a lot more durability for the price point. In terms of picture and sound quality, when it was working, it was quite good. But the fact that it malfunctioned so early on, without any signs of wear or heavy usage, really makes me question the reliability of this model. If you're looking for a TV that'll last more than a year, I would recommend exploring other options. Unfortunately, this model fell short of expectations.

Awesome television for the money. After receiving and getting it connected I bought another for a different area of the house.

Surprise! Never knew what I was missing not having a smart TV. Setup was a breeze and we're loving every minute of watching.

I love this Samsung 7 series the startup is fast and its very easy to setup. I did some research and I would pay extra for Samsung going forward.

I purchased it online and received it broken! Such a horrible experience, it takes forever for Sam to have the TV picked up and get your money refunded.

LCD panel died at 36 months of regular use. TV was completely unusable after this. Native Samsung operating system is also terrible. You will have to by a primestick/ chromecast/ roku setup to make this model usable.

I sent 1 tv back, cracked back screen on delivery. I have a 2nd but its hard learning how to navigate back to my cable channels. It has a soap opera scenery.

Was looking to replace my old 55" and bought this, very very happy, the picture is crystal clear. Love everything about this TV, would purchase again.
