Not bad at all. The picture and sound quality are both good for my household and the price in my opinion is very fair. I do not like the remote set up and placement of buttons and I am not thrilled with the interface of the TV. Otherwise I recommend the TV. It just takes getting use to.

I like the TV don't get me wrong it has a good picture when viewings straight ahead and the sound is also very good. however due to my apartment size and where my recliner is I must look at the screen from the side not very much of the side but just enough to make it fuzzy and not sharp. if I sit on my couch, who wants to sit on their couch all day, head on the picture is magnificent full of color and sharpness.makes for ideal media room or longer living room. I would say only the middle third has a great view and the third to the left or right of the screen is not so good. so just be aware of that depending on the room you're putting it in. so I'm debating whether to take it back for a 55" Samsung TV or a different brand. to be determined. Anyone from SAMSUNG monitoring this? Is there a thin film over the entire screen that should be removed? It almost looks like there is a film, but the box and set up instructions are all in pictograms not words and it showed a sharp cutting knife with a red circle over it like do not do this! I may have to try calling Samsung soon b4 30 day return policy is over.

I checked all the connections, tried different outlets, and even consulted the manual, but nothing worked. For a TV that's only a year old, this is incredibly disappointing. It seems that the build quality or internal components simply couldn't stand the test of time. I had expected a lot more durability for the price point. In terms of picture and sound quality, when it was working, it was quite good. But the fact that it malfunctioned so early on, without any signs of wear or heavy usage, really makes me question the reliability of this model. If you're looking for a TV that'll last more than a year, I would recommend exploring other options. Unfortunately, this model fell short of expectations.

Awesome television for the money. After receiving and getting it connected I bought another for a different area of the house.

Surprise! Never knew what I was missing not having a smart TV. Setup was a breeze and we're loving every minute of watching.

I love this Samsung 7 series the startup is fast and its very easy to setup. I did some research and I would pay extra for Samsung going forward.

LCD panel died at 36 months of regular use. TV was completely unusable after this. Native Samsung operating system is also terrible. You will have to by a primestick/ chromecast/ roku setup to make this model usable.

I purchased it online and received it broken! Such a horrible experience, it takes forever for Sam to have the TV picked up and get your money refunded.

Bought this for our patio. The price was under $500. What a deal. Love this tv. Great picture. We bought a rolling stand so we can put it away easily.
