The order and pickup was a simple as could be.  I received the ready for pickup email well before the scheduled appointment.  You will need a truck, van, or full size SUV with the rear seat down to haul it home.

The TV itself is heavy enough that having 2 people to unload and mount it is almost a necessity.  TIP: attach all your cables to the ports on the back before you hang it.

Perfect size for my room

I am so glad I went for the 65" Samsung TV! The color and clarity are amazing. I was surprised and pleased with the sound quality as well, most tv's have terrible speakers but I was happy with the quality of this TU700D-Series Crystal Ultra HD 4K Smart tv. I am very happy with this tv overall! I would totally recommend. When it comes to tv's, size does matter! LOL

Size does matter!

I have had no problems with the TV, it has a beautiful picture, and even old movies on DVD (Polyanna, Bridge Over the River Kwai) look far better on this screen.  I'm not real up on all of the Smart TV stuff it can do, but it works very well with our Amazon Prime streaming.  Most of the negative reviews I have read on these large TVs relate to cracked screens during shipping and handling, so I bought mine at the store and picked it up myself.  Also the Sams model came with a 3 year warrenty for parts and labor.

Smart indeed =) My Samsung mobile serves as additional keyboard for my TV, I can cast from my phone & computer to my TV, as well, my live feed home security system (audio-video), and I have so much to catch up on "Smart Things". The technology is accessible to me, so to ALL. YAY!
The best for last:
What I love most about my Samsung TV is that I do not waste a cent on atrocious cable bills! My TV offers its own Samsung TV Plus channels incl guide, and other amenities, for FREE! And so much more for you to discover: FREE use of common apps!

This was a great deal on a great TV. Bought this on sale during the Christmas season when our TCL brand died on us. We have a smaller Samsung TV that is nearly ten years old and still going strong, so we opted to go with the brand. The picture quality is excellent, without that weird "uncanny valley" effect I see in a lot of other high definition TVs. We're very happy with the quality we got for the price. Easy to set up and mostly user-friendly.

Great quality great value

Not bad at all.  The picture and sound quality are both good for my household and the price in my opinion is very fair.  I do not like the remote set up and placement of buttons and I am not thrilled with the interface of the TV.  Otherwise I recommend the TV.  It just takes getting use to.

Good brand, good price, good picture

I like the TV don't get me wrong it has a good picture when viewings straight ahead and the sound is also very good. however due to my apartment size and where my recliner is I must look at the screen from the side not very much of the side but just enough to make it fuzzy and not sharp. if I sit on my couch, who wants to sit on their couch all day, head on the picture is magnificent full of color and sharpness.makes for ideal media room or longer living room. I would say only the middle third has a great view and the third to the left or right of the screen is not so good. so just be aware of that depending on the room you're putting it in. so I'm debating whether to take it back for a 55" Samsung TV or a different brand. to be determined.

Anyone from SAMSUNG monitoring this? Is there a thin film over the entire screen that should be removed? It almost looks like there is a film, but the box and set up instructions are all in pictograms not words and it showed a sharp cutting knife with a red circle over it like do not do this! I may have to try calling Samsung soon b4 30 day return policy is over.

Debating whether to return it

First one had a huge crack in the screen, second one just went to a black screen after 2 weeks never to work again. Samsung wasn't helpful at all. Worst purchase so far this year!
