I purchased a new Samsung refrigerator which was delivered on July 30, 2025. Within just 2 days, I noticed a leakage issue. I immediately contacted Samsung support, and a technician was sent to inspect it. He identified the problem as a broken pipe and assured me it would be fixed the following week and till then I should not be availing ice feature or it would cause additional leakage.If the unit has a problem why it’s not getting replaced? However it's now been over a month, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. Despite spending hours on calls with multiple agents, I’ve been repeatedly redirected between departments with no clear update or action taken. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of accountability and responsiveness from Samsung. This is not the level of service I expected from a reputed brand. I sincerely hope someone from Samsung takes this seriously and resolves the issue promptly by replacing the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the family hub! I have two problems....1 is that you can’t adjust the shelves and 2 I can’t consistently watch the news on the screen. Sometimes the video works and sometimes it doesn’t. I love the size and functionality of the freezer with the ice on the door. Also, I never received my Ring Doorbell incentive item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and performance, the only things that I can point out are, I have to reboot the computer once in a while when it freezes, and that not all videos from YouTube upload. This last one I don’t get, since is nothing to do with the internet. I have gigablast which is fast, any other page uploads right up but not the video’s from YouTube.

Well designed, works great, all is good, except the lighting. In the entire Fridge there are only 2 LED light. One in the Top Fridge and one in the Freezer side. Even the water dispenser does not have any lighting. Water dispenser area is not designed properly, the water comes way towards the edge of the cup, and the cup place is not keeping any water drops in. Needs some thoughtful designed for the future. I had bought similar one with out the family hub before side by side that one had many lighting features inside and outside. The family hub is fun with kids, decent apps, and many cool features, but the screen gets finger prints and hard to clean. Other than these issues it is very quite and very good looking fridge. I hope Samsung makes take care of small issues and make a flawless appliances in the coming future.

The storage setup inside is very well placed and makes it easy to know what you have and what you need via the camera.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung Refrigerator with Touch Screen Family Hub. This one fits in between my kitchen cabinets just well. The counter-depth design saves me some space in my kitchen (not very spacious). Yes, the 22 cu. ft. volume is not a very pleasant fact. But it is enough for daily use of my 3-people family. My son enjoys doodling using the screen. And I can also play spotify while I am cooking. That is a very nice experience.

Ice maker works but doesn't produce a lot; there is no reset button so if the touch screen hub freezes you have to unplug/re-plug in. Looks great, love the no handles, and inside camera feature.

I love that it is counter depth and it has so much space inside. I also love the family hub on the outside door. You can do just about everything on the outside of the fridge. So glad I chose this appliance!

Pandora I must say is my favorite!!! The only drawback is the ice maker is really slow and we run out of ice being a family of 6.
