After around a month of use, I can say I really like this refrigerator! It holds much more than I anticipated even though it is a counter top depth. The built in computer isn't just some useless novelty. I enjoy playing music when I'm "slaving away" (insert melodramatic voice). I also find it very handy to call up recipes from my internet collection or search for new recipes. There are still many features I haven't used, not because they are complex to load. I just haven't taken the time to put in personal photos, set up the calendar, etc. Not having handles to constantly be cleaning off and then trying to clean under and around is a great time saver. The finger print resistant finish really IS resistant to prints. For those that didn't like the lack of drip tray under the ice/water dispenser, I disagree. Again, it makes it much easier to wipe down and keep the space looking fresh. I keep a small folded microfiber cloth where a drip tray would be. It easily catches any drips and as a bonus, I can grab it for a quick polish of the doors, hand pulls and computer screen. I read a LOT of reviews when shopping to my previous fridge. For those who use a lot of ice, I agree, the ice capacity could be better. This is an issue with most ALL reviews I read about ALL different brands of refrigerators. We are high capacity ice consumers in my household. For more "normal" folks, ice capacity would probably be fine. Side note, my oversized expensive LG that I replaced (compressor died) also didn't keep up with the ice demands here. I keep looking for negative things I have found, but as of now, there just aren't any. If issues develop as we have had the unit longer, I will try to come back and update.

Besides the occasional water filter replacement, this refrigerator has withstood over the years nonstop. It has been a great investment and worth every penny. No more running to a front window to see who's at the door. Also the water dispenser and ice maker are much easier to use than our previous French door refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed and love are the recessed handles. Smooth stainless front. Nothing to snag. Plenty of shelves and containers. Very clean uncluttered look. 22 cubic feet is large enough for lots of drinks and other items. The vertical freezer is very accessible and convenient standing or sitting. No bending over to find food in bottom freezers variety unless you are more organized than me. Plenty of light inside to see everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is aesthetically pleaIng. It takes a little getting used to opening the right side door with your left hand. The capacity seems ample, and all of the shelves and drawers are easily accessible. There were some frustrations with the family hub. For example, the Bixby feature is not working and after troubleshooting with Samsung tech-support, I've learned that this is a known issue that they are trying to fix. I also linked my nest thermostats to the SmartThings app, but the refrigerator does not recognize them for some reason. That said, the family hub is a tremendously useful feature and offers a lot of new technology that my family will use and enjoy.

The camera inside the fridge only focuses on one main shelf, and picture is not crisp. Also the ice jams up quite a bit. When cubed ice is selected is gives you crushed ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator that had prior to this is the same size but it could hold significantly more and the engineering is terrible in this refrigerator. When you open the bottom drawers for vegetables or fruits it hits the off button on the door so the lights go out when you pull the drawer out. I'm really not happy and hardly holds anything compared to my last one which was the Frigidaire
