After around a month of use, I can say I really like this refrigerator! It holds much more than I anticipated even though it is a counter top depth. The built in computer isn't just some useless novelty. I enjoy playing music when I'm "slaving away" (insert melodramatic voice). I also find it very handy to call up recipes from my internet collection or search for new recipes. There are still many features I haven't used, not because they are complex to load. I just haven't taken the time to put in personal photos, set up the calendar, etc. Not having handles to constantly be cleaning off and then trying to clean under and around is a great time saver. The finger print resistant finish really IS resistant to prints. For those that didn't like the lack of drip tray under the ice/water dispenser, I disagree. Again, it makes it much easier to wipe down and keep the space looking fresh. I keep a small folded microfiber cloth where a drip tray would be. It easily catches any drips and as a bonus, I can grab it for a quick polish of the doors, hand pulls and computer screen. I read a LOT of reviews when shopping to my previous fridge. For those who use a lot of ice, I agree, the ice capacity could be better. This is an issue with most ALL reviews I read about ALL different brands of refrigerators. We are high capacity ice consumers in my household. For more "normal" folks, ice capacity would probably be fine. Side note, my oversized expensive LG that I replaced (compressor died) also didn't keep up with the ice demands here. I keep looking for negative things I have found, but as of now, there just aren't any. If issues develop as we have had the unit longer, I will try to come back and update.

Setting up the smart apps was easy except for one exception, Spotify, which has a very strange setup. I hope that changes so I can just sign into the Spotify app. Using the camera to see what’s inside is cool, but would be better with more cameras to truly see all of the contents of the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 22 Cu Ft Side by Side is a stylish and practical appliance that offers a great balance of design, storage and performance. Its counter depth design gives the kitchen a built in modern appearance while still providing ample space for groceries. The fridge cools evenly, operates quietly. The downside is the water feature does not have an over flow tray, nor exterior light. Not a deal breaker but must have been an oversight. Although this is a smaller size than I have had over the years, I’m hoping that this will encourage me to avoid overbuying groceries and keeping more organised I see that as a positive. I must add the exterior finish gives it a sleek look and is fingerprint resistant. A shout out to Jose and Ynez for professionalism, communication giving me a heads up they were in their way. Knowledgable and fast on installation. Thanks for the tidy haul away of the old fridge. Rate 4.5

Fridge is a good size for family of 3 or 4. The apps are cool as well. We can play music while cooking or watch YouTube.

It keeps my food at a cool temperature and I haven't had any problems with frozen items being too cold. The accessibility of the fridge is great to the doors slide right open no problem. Overall, I would recommend this fridge because the cool Leveled temperature is always consistent. Hopefully others that buy these will like it too. I highly recommend the Samsung fridge.

I had the ability to use technology with my fridge and access the organization I’ve always wanted as a kid. It is so constistant in being easily accessible for my kids plus staying cold and ready for whatever my kids need. At times they leave it open on accident yet everything stays cold. The color finish on it also is beautiful and doesn’t make it an eyesore and others may do. I love my refrigerator <3 (mother of 3 boys)

Absolute garbage of a fridge. Do not buy. I only had this fridge for 3 years and the freezer stopped working and fridge stopped cooling. The evaporator, the compressor fans were replaced and it was later diagnosed with a internal piping leak by two different 3rd party companies and unrepairable. This process has been a nightmare. Samsung manufacturer warranty is only one year and they are not willing to help with anything or offer any solutions. Useless.
