Poor.

I bought this fridge a little over a year ago and since the day we bought it the ice maker has been terrible. It barely makes enough ice for one person and when it does start running out of ice it won’t dispense all of it. Other than the ice maker the fridge is pretty nifty.

Possible Solution to Frozen Screen Issues!!!

i love this refrigerator. the only problem is that the screen kept freezing up- couldn't swipe or anything. it was unresponsive. i did all the troubleshooting steps: the red switch in the top right, unplugged for 5 minutes...etc. nothing worked. so i noticed in the same location as the red switch (top right of the fridge) is a usb port. i put a wireless mouse connector in the port and started using the mouse to navigate the fridge screen. i then did a reset by going to settings, and it's been working fine. i just leave the wireless usb connector in there and if it freezes up again, simply grab the woreless mouse and reset it, or just use the mouse to navigate. i hope this helps!!

Favorite Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung Refrigerator with Touch Screen Family Hub. This one fits in between my kitchen cabinets just well. The counter-depth design saves me some space in my kitchen (not very spacious). Yes, the 22 cu. ft. volume is not a very pleasant fact. But it is enough for daily use of my 3-people family. My son enjoys doodling using the screen. And I can also play spotify while I am cooking. That is a very nice experience.

Two Units in a row with thermometer issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i'm genuinely confused by the 17 5 star reviews. i can only imagine they were written the day the unit arrived or i have a new, faulty batch of produced units. i have had two units with the exact same issue, the thermometer reading much colder than what the actual temperature. the first unit freezer made a strange clicking sound then the ice maker stopped working the first day. i chalked the thermometer reading in the first unit to the freezer being faulty. the second unit has the same issue. the thermometer reading says the freezer is -3 degrees/refrigerator 35. our two digital thermometers show a different story. (photos attached.) also, the second unit was delivered with two stickers and the inside of the freezer had grease streaks.

Samsung Refrigerator comes in damage

i ordered the refrigerator in april and scheduled my delivery in mid may. i like the appearance and the space inside is great. however, i found the door is dented! this is my first day with samsung refrigerator. it's disappointing!!!
