[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the new fridge June 12th, and on August 6th both fridge and freezer cooling stopped working. Today is at 79 and 75 degrees. We lost all of our food and service is not available until the 10th in the afternoon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice side by side from Samsung. Came with the home so we didn't have a choice. The hub/screen is cool however, haven't used any of the features yet except for adding notes and shopping list. One complaint is the water "spigot". Because the water button is on the left, the spigot points to the left. It should be centered, but that's just us. Cools/freezes fairly quickly which is super great in 100° heat.

The fridge cools very well and has many great features on the screen. The camera is clear. Door close very well. Cooling is consistent. Has plenty of room to fit an entire large pizza box.

Love the new fridge! It's roomy and so beautiful! Love all the smart features. Haven't tried a recipe yet, but can't wait to! Currently playing music on Alexa and loving it! Wish it had a specific place for butter!

I wish they have a light at water dispenser and display softener is flexible enough to show a slideshow of Google photos as it android based software. Cooling is decent in my opinion.
