Best Hot Chocolate! We drink Swiss Miss in a pinch but I was so excited to see this available at Sam’s club online! I stocked up and I am ready for winter!

Stephen's Gourmet Hot Cocoa is my favorite hot chocolate mix. It is rich in flavor and absolutely delicious. I especially like the Mint hot cocoa. I only wish Sam's would carry it on the store floor rather than having to order online.

Doesn't matter how good it is when you order the hot chocolate and your delivery get cancelled. No reason given just cancelled. Had promised this for my granddaughter. What a disappointment. AGAIN NO REASON GIVEN…Think twice before Sam's online shopping.

Got my stocks today since it goes out of stock quick. I just hope my kids don't finished them in one week. Would be nice if they have it in store. The new stock is stored in a different container this time. I wish they still have the foil sealed like the old batch so the powder is not scattered where they tape sealed it.

Too sweet and not enough chocolate taste. Taste like cheap hot chocolate. I make mine with milk. The only positive is that it’s easy to mix. Nestle Abuelita Mexican Hot Chocolate Tablets taste way better even though you’re left with a little of the graininess I still prefer it hands down over this.

This is so delish! I will be buying again and I don't want to spoil it by reading the label lol....i like ur way better than carnation rich chocolate and this cocoa is NOT to sweet...very creamy 🥰 its priced reasonabley for the quantity ya get ;) ❣️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The product has very good taste, almost the same as Swiss Miss. However, since this purchase of three canisters was shipped via FedEx and came from Ohio, the canisters were placed on their sides, there was no packing material whatsover, and all three canisters arrived with the tops off of the canisters. The total spilled into the shipping box from the three containers was about one full container. Cocoa powder was falling out of the flaps and was really a mess Had the cardboard canisters been packed standing upright instead of on their sides, and had packing or airbags been used to prevent movement in shipping, the spillage most likely would not have happened. The bottom of the shipping container was an absolute mess. Quality and taste of the product is excellent, but the lack of thoughtful packing spoiled this purchase experience. Other reviewers appear to have experienced the same problem with packing for shipping.

I was pleasantly surprised that when I made a mug with water (expecting to be underwhelmed), it was good. :) I did add more powder to my personal taste, but it was tasty. I would buy this again and looking forward to trying it mixed with heated milk. We used our vacuum food savor to seal quart jars in order to keep the mix fresh until we could use it all.

Stephen's Gourmet Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa is a great mix for those who want to wake up to a tasty cup of hot chocolate on a cold winter's morning (or afternoon/evening after a day of winter sports). I only rated it a four because I am a hot chocolate snob who needs to add additional real chocolate, a dash of vanilla cream and a bunch of mini marshmallows to finish it off. In these instances winter sports are necessary if you do not want to become a chocolate obsessed blimp!

The product has a good flavor but if you're ordering this for delivery, expect to have everything else in your box covered in cocoa powder since this container isn't hermetically sealed under the plastic lid and the product leaks out around the thin band of shrink wrap around the lid.
