Best Hot Chocolate! We drink Swiss Miss in a pinch but I was so excited to see this available at Sam’s club online! I stocked up and I am ready for winter!

This hot chocolate is milk chocolaty deliciousness! It's rich and flavorful and creamy like hot chocolate used to be years ago, before the gourmet craze negatively effected hot drinks.

I hosted a baby shower and served this at the hot chocolate bar. Everybody loved it and wanted to know what brand it was. I will definitely buy it again.

This hot chocolate is actually better than any offered at a coffee shop! My kids gobble it up after playing outside in the snow. I wish they sold it in our store but at least it's available for delivery :)

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this one is absolutely worth it. The flavor of this hot cocoa tastes homemade—rich, smooth, and comforting. I honestly can’t believe it’s just an add-water mix. I’m beyond impressed!

Doesn’t matter how good it is when you order the hot chocolate and your delivery get cancelled. No reason given just cancelled. Had promised this for my granddaughter. What a disappointment. AGAIN NO REASON GIVEN…Think twice before Sam’s online shopping.

The product has very good taste, almost the same as Swiss Miss. However, since this purchase of three canisters was shipped via FedEx and came from Ohio, the canisters were placed on their sides, there was no packing material whatsover, and all three canisters arrived with the tops off of the canisters. The total spilled into the shipping box from the three containers was about one full container. Cocoa powder was falling out of the flaps and was really a mess Had the cardboard canisters been packed standing upright instead of on their sides, and had packing or airbags been used to prevent movement in shipping, the spillage most likely would not have happened. The bottom of the shipping container was an absolute mess. Quality and taste of the product is excellent, but the lack of thoughtful packing spoiled this purchase experience. Other reviewers appear to have experienced the same problem with packing for shipping.

This is so delish! I will be buying again and I don't want to spoil it by reading the label lol....i like ur way better than carnation rich chocolate and this cocoa is NOT to sweet...very creamy 🥰 its priced reasonabley for the quantity ya get ;) ❣️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been buying this brand of hot chocolate from Sam's for over 10 years, it is the best tasting, no bitterness, smooth, dissolves quickly, I add a little powdered milk or creamer for an even smoother creamier taste, try adding a little bit of ground cinnamon, best ever ! You'll never go back to the common brands again, and lasts from year to year if you don't use it all up any one winter. Never a problem, and everyone who comes to our house in the winter asked for our "special" hot chocolate.

Stephen's Gourmet Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa is a great mix for those who want to wake up to a tasty cup of hot chocolate on a cold winter's morning (or afternoon/evening after a day of winter sports). I only rated it a four because I am a hot chocolate snob who needs to add additional real chocolate, a dash of vanilla cream and a bunch of mini marshmallows to finish it off. In these instances winter sports are necessary if you do not want to become a chocolate obsessed blimp!
