This taste like the old Land o Lakes that I bought a number of years ago. I am finishing off the last container. This brand does not have the chocolate pieces in it that never melt. Other then that it seem identical in flavor. If you want a plain premium hot coco mix this is it. Much better then Swiss Miss.

This is the best hot cocoa you will ever have, but it's not in stores in the South. Thank you for delivering it to my door Sam's Club!

Great tasting Hot Chocolate. Love the canister type container...don't have to tear open an envelope each time.

I don't go hunting down hot chocolate to find the best. However, I've tasted several and so far, Stephen's is the best brand I've had

Nice Cocoa mix and perfect for cold rainy days. I make it with milk instead of water. It’s a bit on the sweet side. I wish they had a dark cocoa version of this product. Container is an excellent price for the size.

The product itself is satisfactory; however, there was a significant issue with the delivery. Unfortunately, one of the items arrived at my home with a missing seal and had been opened. Despite reaching out to Sams twice, I have yet to receive any communication from them. This situation has raised concerns about the safety of using the opened hot chocolate, as it is uncertain whether the product may have been tampered with. While I understand that unforeseen incidents can happen, it is disappointing that the packing team did not notice the lack of a seal on the affected item, especially when compared to the properly sealed ones. I had hoped for a more timely and proactive response from Sams in addressing this issue.

Packaging change to plastic just when the world is learning about the health detriment of plastic. Won’t purchase again unless they return to their old packaging.

Contains Carrageenan and lots of strange tasting sweeteners. I like sweet, but this has a strange taste to it. I even prefer Swiss Miss to this. Not worth buying even to try. Planning on tossing it. I normally don't do that, but this is, in my opinion, unpleasant tasting and not worth forcing myself to use. Don't need to keep another container of something I will never use simply because I spent $ on it.

This product is mostly sugar and chemical byproducts. Not good purchase if you’re looking fo coco not chocolate.
