These are a great supplement that covers our Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. They are a larger pill but I found that the softgel was pretty easy to swallow. They do have a slight fishy smell but not overpowering. Serving size are two gels a day with a total of 1600 mg. Supports heart health, hair and skin etc but always check with your doctor before starting any new supplement!

Easy to take daily pills that provide various health benefits, related to heart health, brain function and reduce inflammation. No fishy aftertaste or burping with these supplements. Pills are easy to swallow. I look forward to all the health benefits to come!

After using these for a bit, I feel probably about the same as I did with my normal Omega supplements that I take daily. Which I think is a good thing cause not worsing means its the same quality. The capsules are a little larger but its not a deal breaker.

Supplements are as expected, nothing fancy. I like that the quantity is so large - it will likely take almost a year to finish. Packaging is easy to identify and I really like that it is an easy to open pop top rather than twist. It’s just more convenient. The pills are pretty large, but soft and seemingly easy to swallow. Excited to get the health benefits out of these!

It’s important to have a good vitamin regimen especially as you age. This can be an overwhelming and difficult process in regards to finding good affordable supplements. However, these Members Mark Omega has all my praises. It’s packed with so many good oils we need in a simple and convenient pill. These are easy to swallow and have great benefits at a great price point. These are a must to add you your regime

These pills are a lifesaver. I was skeptical about taking omega pills. I love the gel shape as well as the serving size. It seems to be helping my cardiovascular well. I have been taking for a few weeks now and can really tell the difference. Go for it you will feel so much better.

These are a great addition to my medicine cabinet. I’m at the age where every vitamin counts and I dislike going to stores! The bottle is huge and will definitely last at least 150 days. I do not like the smell or taste of anything “fishy” and these didn’t not cause me any discomfort. The softgels are huge! So keep that in mind.

I’ve only had these for two weeks and I’m not sure how long you have to take them to see results, but I haven’t noticed any difference yet. This is one of a list of vitamins my doc wants me taking, so I will keep taking them. I really like the quantity, there is no strange aftertaste or anything that I have noticed, and although they are big, I haven’t had any issues swallowing them. Fingers crossed they do all the things my doc wants them to do!! (One star off is because I had them shipped and they did come pretty stuck together.)

These were really for me ! They upset my stomach! I struggle with finding a fish oil vitamin that does not upset my stomach and was hoping this one would not. Unfortunately it did. The capsules are quite large as well. I do think it’s a great value for what you get in the bottle vs the cost however.
