I am not usually a fan of fish oil pills. Most have either a bad taste when taking them or later while they are being digested. I have to say however that these Members Mark ones didn’t really have either one of those qualities. The one thing I will say is that they are large, so just be aware of that.

These were really for me ! They upset my stomach! I struggle with finding a fish oil vitamin that does not upset my stomach and was hoping this one would not. Unfortunately it did. The capsules are quite large as well. I do think it’s a great value for what you get in the bottle vs the cost however.

These are a great supplement that covers our Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. They are a larger pill but I found that the softgel was pretty easy to swallow. They do have a slight fishy smell but not overpowering. Serving size are two gels a day with a total of 1600 mg. Supports heart health, hair and skin etc but always check with your doctor before starting any new supplement!

These pills are a lifesaver. I was skeptical about taking omega pills. I love the gel shape as well as the serving size. It seems to be helping my cardiovascular well. I have been taking for a few weeks now and can really tell the difference. Go for it you will feel so much better.

Have been taking the Omega 3-6-9 from the Members Mark brand and so far I’ve noticed a difference in my joint pain. It’s helping a lot with my joints. I used to take glucosamine but now I take both and it’s definitely making the pain go away completely. The only bad thing I could say is the pills are quite large and you have to take 2 a day. If you have no problem with large pills it’s good.

I took these every morning for a few weeks so far. They actually made my joints feel better. And my back pain has been improved as well. They were easy to swallow and I didnt find my self burping them up all day. Ocerall I think ai will continue to use these.

My household take various supplements. We feel confident in Member Mark products although I cannot speak to the efficacy of the product. The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow. I experienced no "fishy burps" or after taste. The price is good compared to other products I buy.

Used for a couple months and didn't notice any remarkable changes. I used similar products before, these capsules are large but smooth so when wet they are very slick, making them easier to swallow. They seem just like other similar products, quality is apparent, brand is trustworthy imo. If you value these types of supplements, would recommend. Only thing I would complain about is size, but then you would have to take more per day.

I was really excited to start this product as I needed to incorporate more vitamins into my daily routine. Unfortunately, as amazing as the Included supplements would be for me. I was not able to continue taking the vitamins because the capsules were rather large. I’ve experienced issues with them, getting lodged in my throat, even with drinking large amounts of water. Sadly, due to the size of the capsulesit’s a no for me.

Seems like a good quality product for the cost. Wish the store had more vitamin and mineral product options.
