Not sure if this will help anyone, but the main ingredient in these softgels is ALA (Alpha Linoleic Acid) which is primarily derived from Vegetable oils or Flax seed oil and is unable to be converted into EPA, DPA or DHA in the human body. So these are worthless. Not to mention that they put Omega-6 in these which is found in literally everything we eat nowadays anyhow which is why the ratio in our bodies is off. Should be a 1:1 but is now 11:1 (too many Omega-6 fatty acids which are pro-inflammatory).

Seems to be ok as a supplement, though not as good a deal as it was. Just replaced my last bottle and the price has gone up (like many things these days so I'm not that surprised). But they're also being sneaky and putting less in. Down from 325 to 300 pills. Has me looking at some that are a little better quality.

After using these for a bit, I feel probably about the same as I did with my normal Omega supplements that I take daily. Which I think is a good thing cause not worsing means its the same quality. The capsules are a little larger but its not a deal breaker.

The %231 ingredient is flax seed oil, with tuna oil the %233 ingredient. Flax seed oil is an inferior form of omega-3 as it is in the ALA form. ALA omega-3 must be converted by your body to EPA and DHA omega-3 which can then be directly used, similar to fish oil. However, the conversion process is only 10-15% efficient which means 80-85% of the weight of the omega-3 from flax seed is lost. Besides, whole flax seeds blended in a smoothie work just as well and are many times less expensive than taking it in a capsule. I don't recommend this product for these reasons and prefer 100% fish oil in capsule form.

I like that buying one bottle of this will get me through 150 days, so I can wait for sales to purchase. The pills are smaller than other brands of fish oil I have tried. Taking two at one time is easy and there are no nasty 'fish burps' after consuming this product. Time will tell if these help maintain/lower cholesterol, but I figure these can't hurt. I would suggest adhering to the instructions and taking with food as I did notice that taking on an empty stomach does cause some uncomfortableness from time to time. It's a great value for a quality product and I would buy it again.
