Pretty good supplement for fish oil. High in eha/spa content if you're looking to use as a general anti inflammatory or for better hair and skin. The delivery held up pretty well with the summer heat and didn't have any notable issues with the fish burps.

Excellent source of essential omega fatty acids and so far been pretty good on the stomach. Size is pretty close to most fish oil supplements and easy for me to take daily to supplement what you do not get from your regular diet. Have not experienced any side effects as with others (i.e. heart burn, bad taste,...)

Supplements are as expected, nothing fancy. I like that the quantity is so large - it will likely take almost a year to finish. Packaging is easy to identify and I really like that it is an easy to open pop top rather than twist. It’s just more convenient. The pills are pretty large, but soft and seemingly easy to swallow. Excited to get the health benefits out of these!

I’ve been taking 2 capsules of these a day for about a week. The softgel casing is nice so it goes down smoothly and without flavor. I have noticed an increase in energy and a more stabilized heart rate since taking these. I hope to see more benefits the longer I take them.

These Omega supplements are great. They are large pills but gel coated ao they are easy to swallow. zthe cap is has a dispenser so they are easy to get out each morning. They are great supplements for someone who needs to add vitamins to their diet. Great quanity for the price

I’m really enjoying taking these softens. With how large they are, they go down easy. I love that I don’t get a fishy taste when taking or later on as I have with other fish oil. This is beyond just fish oil, it has flaxseed oil, borage oil & olive oil. I like taking this because I believe these oils are all known to have health benefits for your heart & joints etc. Another great thing is the value can’t be beat, this bottle will last me nearly 6 months! I highly recommend this supplement.

These pills are a lifesaver. I was skeptical about taking omega pills. I love the gel shape as well as the serving size. It seems to be helping my cardiovascular well. I have been taking for a few weeks now and can really tell the difference. Go for it you will feel so much better.

I've found these capsules to be on the larger side, which initially posed a bit of a challenge when swallowing; they tended to catch in my throat. My workaround is to prime my throat with a good sip of water before taking the capsule, and then follow up with a generous amount of water right after. This method has worked perfectly, and they now go down without issue. I'm especially pleased that there's absolutely no lingering aftertaste, and they've been very gentle on my stomach, causing no discomfort whatsoever. Having just started these two days ago, I'm eager to observe the long-term effects and benefits as I continue to incorporate them into my routine.

The vitamin bottle is a great value for the amount you get. Unfortunately, my vitamins arrived as mostly a large melted blob—even though the package wasn’t left outside for long. It seems the combination of shipping and Florida heat caused them to melt together. Also, the individual pills are quite large, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, these might be difficult to take.

These were really for me ! They upset my stomach! I struggle with finding a fish oil vitamin that does not upset my stomach and was hoping this one would not. Unfortunately it did. The capsules are quite large as well. I do think it’s a great value for what you get in the bottle vs the cost however.
