I like that it is easy to take. Like that it doesn’t have a fishy taste..doesn’t upset my stomach..I take it in the morning. It also has omegas from a 5-plant- based oil blend. It is also good for my eyes joints skin

A week taking these pills and they are easier to take than normal omega 3-6-9 pills. The smells is also not as intense. Typically the smell makes me gag and then makes the pills hard to take, not these. The size is pretty equivalent to other brands.

This is absolutely wonderful product with all the supplements to improve heart health, brain function and overall reduce inflammation. I noticed a difference within a few weeks of starting this supplement!

It’s great it seems to be doing its job.the taste isn’t over powering like it could be. I personally just poke a hole in the capsule and add to a drink or just squeeze into my mouth. For me it’s a texture thing.

I started taking these for my cholesterol and I think they are helping along with my cholesterol medication so hard to know if it’s the medication. I will see if you have a problem with the big pills these may be a challenge.

I take this every evening at bedtime, I have had no issues with this fish oil. I do not have issues with it tasting fishy or causing me to burp. I have not had any lab work done so I can not speak of its efficacy for cholesterol.

The pills are quite large but I had no issue with aftertaste. They are reasonably priced compared to similar pills that I have taken in the past. I would recommend to others that are taking fish oil.

If you are looking to add any fish oil supplement to your current regimen - these are the ones!! Capsules are a bit large, but went down smoothly!! Don’t leave an after taste or a have a fishy smell. Get you some!

Good Source for Omega Oil. I feel like these are quality source for omega oils in a good balance. I have not had any stomach upset and very little fishy, oily tasting belching. I recommend this product for an affordable quality omega oil source.

Usually a great product but this bottle has been all stuck together and hard to retrieve out of the bottle. I have to put something into the bottle to get anything out of it.
