This supplement is a great addition to your whole nutrition routine and plan. It is easy to take in gel capsule format and easy to get in the routine of taking with one of your daily meals. These are a great supplement that covers our Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. They are a larger pill but I found that the softgel was pretty easy to swallow. They do have a slight fishy smell but not overpowering. Serving size are two gels a day with a total of 1600 mg. Supports heart health, hair and skin etc but always check with your doctor before starting any new supplement!

Have been taking the Omega 3-6-9 from the Members Mark brand and so far I’ve noticed a difference in my joint pain. It’s helping a lot with my joints. I used to take glucosamine but now I take both and it’s definitely making the pain go away completely. The only bad thing I could say is the pills are quite large and you have to take 2 a day. If you have no problem with large pills it’s good.

Just received this today and I’m really impressed so far. The bottle is huge and the softgels go down smooth, no fishy smell or foul taste at all, which is a big plus. I’ve heard great things about omega 3-6-9 blends for heart and joint support, and I’m excited to see how this works for me over time. I also like that it includes tuna oil and flaxseed oil and is sustainably sourced. Will update later if I notice any major changes, but first impression is very positive!

I’ve been taking 2 capsules of these a day for about a week. The softgel casing is nice so it goes down smoothly and without flavor. I have noticed an increase in energy and a more stabilized heart rate since taking these. I hope to see more benefits the longer I take them.

I have been taking these for about 6 months, I bought a bottle from Sam's before I received this one. I mainly bought it to help reduce my cholesterol, which I believe it helped because it went down to an acceptable number. The only negative I have is the size of the pills, they are on the bigger side.

I've found these capsules to be on the larger side, which initially posed a bit of a challenge when swallowing; they tended to catch in my throat. My workaround is to prime my throat with a good sip of water before taking the capsule, and then follow up with a generous amount of water right after. This method has worked perfectly, and they now go down without issue. I'm especially pleased that there's absolutely no lingering aftertaste, and they've been very gentle on my stomach, causing no discomfort whatsoever. Having just started these two days ago, I'm eager to observe the long-term effects and benefits as I continue to incorporate them into my routine.

These are a great addition to my medicine cabinet. I’m at the age where every vitamin counts and I dislike going to stores! The bottle is huge and will definitely last at least 150 days. I do not like the smell or taste of anything “fishy” and these didn’t not cause me any discomfort. The softgels are huge! So keep that in mind.

My household take various supplements. We feel confident in Member Mark products although I cannot speak to the efficacy of the product. The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow. I experienced no "fishy burps" or after taste. The price is good compared to other products I buy.
