To me this is absolutely the best bourbon you can get! It always exceeds my expectations every time I drink it. My hubby has purchased Maker's Mark so many times I can’t even begin to tell you. The packaging is fabulous with the wax dipping and dripping off the top. The flavor is phenomenal! It can be a little pricey but it's a top shelf bourbon what would you expect? I have used this in making bourbon cocktails. A mixture of Maker’s Mark with strawberry coke on the rocks is the best. I absolutely love Maker's Mark

I normally drink this straight with one ice cube. And I will sometimes have it as a mix drink . What I like about is the great taste it has You can make some great bbq bourbon rub with it . So it's a really great product at the end of the day . And there isn't nothing I don't like about this product

The beautiful multi-page ad in this month's Gun and Garden Magazine made me proud to have an almost empty bottle of Maker's Mark on the shelf with several dusty and unopened bottles of bourbon. The best the ad was the page with mint seeds. It is a shame that so many readers must have passed over that brilliant page without understanding what they saw. If it were not for being a long time lover of Maker's and having done time in the advertising racket I might have not gone back for a closer look. My copy has already gone to my sister who has two young grand daughters who get excited about things like the seedy page.

We are a group of about 100 members, spouses, friends of the United States Air Force Security Police from Edwards Air Force Base, CA, home of the Air Force Flight Test Center, who were stationed together in the mid to late 1970s. We have come together to form the Edwards AFB "Desert Rats" Association. Every other year we hold a reunion somewhere in the United States. At each site, we arrange to have plenty of Makers Mark stocked by the bar; in fact it is in the contract we negotiate. We have thus far cleaned them out of their stock of Makers Mark, and we are proud of our accomplishment and heritage we have created.

This is my favorite sipping bourbon. It's very smooth compared to other brands and is a very warm tasting drink with slight vanilla and caramel notes. I also love the wax dip at the top of the bottle. This bottle is a little pricy but you definitely get what you pay for.

Started drinking whiskey in my mid-20s. Started with manhattans & quickly moved onto just whiskey & an ice cube. I’m Irish so there was ALWAYS Irish whiskey around every family gathering including Sunday dinners growing up & I could never get into any, even the highest end Jameson... closest was the secret Lagavulin 16 my uncle kept (he married into the Irish lol) I branched out from “vodka soda splash of cran!” when I started working on the service industry around really great bartenders. I had my first Manhattan and was sold. I very quickly leaned into just bourbon on a single ice cube bc honestly there’s nothing you need to add to any variation of makers mark to make it better. It’s literally always in my house!

This is undisputably the best whiskey out there. I was introduced to it a few years ago and have never gone back. The taste is not for everyone, but it is good for me, and when taken on the rocks, it definitely hits different! I love how much the 1.75l bottle gives you because you can have it for a while if you drink it alone, or enjoy it with a group of friends ...

My dad always had makers mark in the house when I was growing up. It’s his go to whiskey. He’s the one who taught me how to make an old fashion and now I always make sure I have makers in my decanter for when he stops by to visit. I love tossing a shot of it in my tea when I’m sick, making bourbon martinis with it or just having a classic old fashion at the end of a long day. Can’t go wrong.
