This is my go-to spirit for enjoying an old fashioned at home (or a Manhattan on occasion). It delivers a classic and smooth taste at a reasonable price. Have been a big fan of Maker’s Mark ever since I experienced dipping my own bottle at the distillery in Loretta, KY years ago!

Never would buy anything else

I only drank beer until someone offered me a drink of Makers Mark. Have not drank anything since. That was 35 years ago. It's part of me now!!! Love the taste. Thank You. I also have a barrel and dipped my own bottle. Still use that bottle and buy the bigger one and refill it because It also has my name on it. Keep up the good work!!!!

If you’re a bourbon lover, you probably love Maker’s. If you’re a bartender, you have probably used Maker’s. If you love a good old fashioned, you’ve probably tried Maker’s. If you have money and like to get drunk, you’ve probably tried Maker’s. I really like the packaging, with the wax seal...it’s a neat touch that makes it stand out from other bourbons. It makes a great, smooth cocktail. It’s just a really nice bourbon overall.

Maker's Mark is quality!

We had the opportunity to visit the Kentucky Bourbon trail for our honeymoon. We were blown away with Maker's Mark distillery. The heritage and legacy of this bourbon brand confirms the care that goes into every bottle. If you want a bold bourbon with a smooth finish get yourself a red dipped bottle of Maker's Mark.

Makers Mark Bourbon Whiskey 175L Bottle is a bourbon that goes down smooth and easy. It’s not one that is so strong it’s hard to enjoy. It’s made with soft red winter wheat as opposed to rye. And, of course the iconic red wax seal on the bottle they’re famous for! They have a free ambassador program on their website. You not only get an ambassador kit in the mail but, something even cooler, IMO. All new Ambassadors are assigned a barrel of Maker's Mark. Your name will be engraved on a placard which will be affixed to a newly filled barrel. Once your barrel has finished aging, one-of-a-kind Ambassador bottles from that batch will be available for purchase with your name on the label. One of my favorites is making a Whiskey Sour...recipe is below! #MakersMark #Ambassador #WhiskeySour #Influenster Whiskey Sour Recipe 2 parts Maker's Mark® Bourbon 1/2 part simple syrup 1 part lemon juice Add Maker's Mark, lemon juice and simple syrup to an ice-filled shaker. Give it a good shake. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon peel and a cherry.🍒 🍋

smooth

I really enjoyed this whisky. It was really smooth, with a subtle smoke/oak and vanilla flavour. Did not feel strong and was really easy to drink slowly on the rocks. I did try it with coke and follows some of the ideas of recipes from the company. Using this to make a whisky sour was great, otherwise recommend having it neat. Lovely bourbon.

Upset with Collector Bottle Marketing

I drink Maker's Mark products and have not found one yet I didn't like. I also have a large collection of Maker's Mark bottles. My only complaint is last year a very, very limited number of collector bottles in three (3) different design labels were released the same day. It was almost impossible to buy more than one (1). I went to four stores in Lexington and all were out within 45 - 50 minutes from opening the doors. I have been very disappointed in your decision to market these bottles in such a thoughtless manner. It is a disgusting blow to Ambassadors and collectors!

Makers Mark forever

I love Makers Mark, either on the rocks or as a Manhattan, in the cooler weather. The last time we came to buy bottles from our batch we stayed in Louisville. We were introduced to the Old Fashion. This is now my go to cocktail. We love them. And on occasion, Bourbon Bloody Mary.

Cheers

Oh, Maker's Mark Kentucky whisky is a true gem from the Bluegrass State! This iconic bourbon is known for its smooth and rich flavor profile. Crafted with care in Loretto, Kentucky, Maker's Mark uses a unique recipe that includes red winter wheat instead of rye, giving it a distinctively mellow and approachable taste. Whether you prefer sipping it neat, on the rocks, or in a classic cocktail like an Old Fashioned, Maker's Mark always delivers a delightful experience. So next time you're looking to enjoy a fine whiskey, give Maker's Mark a try and savor the flavors of Kentucky craftsmanship. Cheers! 🥃
