The 9” box spring was very easy to Assemble. My husband and I are both in our 80’s and needed new box springs for our guest room. It took about 30 minutes for the first one to put together and less time for the second. The instructions were great. Marking 1-2 and 3-4 so you knew exactly where each pice fit. The wooden slats have Velcro and so does the base of the box spring so that the slats are secured. It has a nice cover. I would highly recommend this product.

The box was heavier than expected but the item was exactly as i hoped it would be, easy to put together, I did it by myself, everything was clearly labeled, the slats were connected to each other so no need to do anything except stretch out the slats and velcro secures it to the frame. The only thing I had an issue with was slipping the cover on, I wasn't able to lift up the completed frame, I had to have help. Good product.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it’s the best box spring I’ve ever bought, it’s quiet and very sturdy.

So far we are liking the metal and wood bed mattress foundation. Really easy to put together by my husband. Frame comes with a nice zipper cover.

I bought this for my grandson and it was delivered to the house. This box spring is very sturdy and was very easy to assemble.

While the box spring was easy to assemble and easy to move prior to assembly due to its unassembled size, the wooden slats were/are seemingly thin (only almost 0.5” thick). They seem flimsy. If there was a support down the middle of the length of the box spring, the flimsiness of the wood wouldn’t seem like a big deal. But there is no metal support down the middle. Also, I couldn’t find the weight limit for this product in the description online… not sure if this was really meant for an adult or a child (I bought the twin size for an adult). I just hope it stands up to the weight of an adult plus the mattress weight. I was expecting something more heavy duty.

After a week this box springs is creaking. It’s not even that we’re extremely large. My husband and I have a combined weight less than 400 lbs. I don’t know if it’s because you have to put the box springs frame together, or what. I got this because I could get it shipped to my house, but I would have been better off with one of the preformed ones from Big Lots.

We bought 2 and returned 1 of them after finding out you had to put them together yourself and not being satisfied with the set up of the first box spring. We were under the impression these were 'premade and ready to set on the bed'. Not only does it fit very snug in the bed frame, almost doesnt fit but it sits high too. Dispite having the mattress on top of it, my son has to be careful not to knock into the lip of the box spring or it'll leave a nasty bruise on his knee.

I thought this came assembled. Not sure if I misread the description. Overall it is good and has held up for the past month but one of the pieces was slightly bent and now it is not securely put together because of it. Not sure if that'll make a difference in the long run but returning it seemed like a lot of work.

As much as I like these box springs, my problem with them is that it had to be put together! I expected to receive a big package, just like when I purchased the mattress! It came in a long box with metal parts and a cover that the box had to be zipped into! As a 75 year old, it was not the easiest thing to put together, luckily my husband and I could handle it. Can’t imagine a single mom managing the task.
