[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture looks good, but got a dead pixel within days of getting the tv. The remote layout is not very functional. The os is not intuitive. There is no Home Screen, just the home menu. Tv tends to default to live tv.

It constantly freezes up and I have to unplug the phone tv the reset it. It's a great tv but I'd plan on getting another device to stream your content.

After reviewing with my Father who is well versed in QLED and OLED technology, I decided to purchase this TV. What a breathe of fresh air! The color, the picture, the clarity, what can I say, simply outstanding! Samsung has a great array of products for the home and I intend to install Samsung kitchen appliances next! The TV is very user friendly, inuitative and has very little lag if any. Bottom line, I would buy this product over and over! I plan to buy a larger version of this TV for my living room. I like the fact that it comes downloaded with many different streaming apps. The only thing I didn't like was that the HDMI 3 and optic ports aim to the rear of the TV rather than the side. To mount it flat against a surface I had to go buy a 90 degree HDMI cable and a 90 degree optic cable..

I wanted to watch some of my fav shows on good display and wanted a fast responsive TV. Samsung product had blend of both and now after owning this for sometime now I can say it was good choice.

The remote is easy to use and does not take up a lot of space. I would definitely purchase a Samsung tv again.

This 43" TV has a mediocre picture quality at best and the sound is like listening through a tin can. I can't say anything positive about it. Can't wait to junk it and replace it with a different brand. My last TV was a Samsung it was a really good TV not this one. By By Samsung!

The only issue I have is that even with a good internet connection and recommended settings I don't feel I'm getting the refresh rate that it's supposed to put out which was one of the main reasons I purchased the TV. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that it has Netflix, Samsung TV plus, and many more free movie channels. As well as YouTube, and other apps that you can add on to your TV. It gives me so many more channels and connects to my Internet without a direct line. Before I had to connect my computer to my TV to get Netflix but now it jist connects to the Internet on its own. I don't need cable anymore I have all the channels that I need and want on my new TV. I do have an antenna for local channels. I love the fact that the picture goes all the way to the edge of the frame and that there's no big black frame around it. The picture sharp and clear. The sound is amazing. The only problem that I would see with it is the remote control is not very user friendly. But I do like the fact that I can connect it to my Samsung phone and operated through the smart things app.
