I ordered this tv on line and it came to my house in excellent condition I am extremely happy with the tv. The color is spectacular. the only complaint is that I am still jumping through hoops to get signed up for free subscription promotion. I don't know what the problem is. Samsung knows I just purchased and received the tv, they have everything on line, I completed the request asked for.

Great TV! Received as a Christmas gift and what a gift. Have it connected to a Samsung HW-Q60T 5.1ch Soundbar with 3D Surround Sound and Acoustic Beam (2020) and it makes this TV sound so much better than the week built in speakers. The picture on this thing is amazing especially when watching it in 4K. Can't wait to hook it up to an AVR.

The 55" class QLED TV is very nice.; the picture quality is excellent. I did not receive an owners manual. I am a senior citizen and I like to read about the operation, and functions of the system. I contacted Samsung, they will send me a manual, it will take 10 weeks. I will know more about the function, and fine tuning in the future. I have used Samsung TV product for more than 25 years, they are excellent. My family also use the Samsung TV product line. My 48" Samsung was hit by lightning, the service technician advised me that I lost the main port, and that any other TV would have been destroyed. I am now using it for streaming programs in another room.

A decent TV, but Not as stunning a picture as I had hoped. Tizen OS lacks varietal access to apps. Somewhat disappointing for a Samsung product considering my preference for Samsung these past 20 years. Will make me think more purposefully about Samsung products in the future.

Feels like its going to die half the time I turn it on. Blue screen, then no picture, or black screen then a little hint of a signal. Usually a couple power offs and on and were good again. Im worried this will just die completely the day after the warranty is done.

Not a clear picture

I replaced my very old Samsung smart tv with this new QLED model hoping for the same experience I have seen at friend's houses and other places. Honestly there wasn't much difference. It was thin, much lighter and a nice remote but if you are not directly in front for viewing it is just not a clear picture. In the past we have looked at Samsung as top of the line but I guess maybe have to re-consider.
