I replaced my very old Samsung smart tv with this new QLED model hoping for the same experience I have seen at friend's houses and other places. Honestly there wasn't much difference. It was thin, much lighter and a nice remote but if you are not directly in front for viewing it is just not a clear picture. In the past we have looked at Samsung as top of the line but I guess maybe have to re-consider.

Bought the TV in July of 2021. It is now March of 2023 and the HDMI ports do not work and was told by Samsung there is nothing they can do as the warranty is up. Now we can't connect cable or gaming consoles to the tv. Was very happy with the TV up until now.

We would definitely recommend an instruction manual to be given with the tv. Reviewing everything online is unsatisfactory. We are still learning how to operate. The small remote is too small and difficult to interpret the buttons. The remote should be bigger and more user friendly. The picture is clear and great colour.

Easy to set up and access the settings and features but the picture quality is sub par. My 4-year old 55” Samsung 4K TV and 8-year old 60” Samsung plasma have much better picture quality and smoothness of motion. I've tried all the picture setting adjustments with no success. Picture is either too sharp (soap opera effect) or too grainy and dark (filmmaker mode or with picture clarity adjustments off). I also haven't been able to accurately sync the voices with Netflix and blu-ray. Never an issue out of the box with other TVs. On the fence if I will return the TV.

Love this TV and highly recommend. Picture and sound are great. Price was right and better yet, they delivered to my house.

Tv's work but they seem to be different models or one picture is darker than the other and will not adjust to equal each other in settings

Amazing quality and color for money. Could be better sound but that's what the soundbar is for I guess

great value for money, remote is chargeable so no need to buy batteries, picture quality is great, remote is easy to use.
