[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I started looking for a a smart TV online the 4K was okay for me, but after viewing the new generation QLED 4K!! It was like in an other level comparing to rivals in the store TV's wall. Using it with my PS4 pro gave me an amazing playing experience. Great details with an equilibrium brightness and quality view from different angles. I am a big fan of #Samsung products ( S9 plus, smart wach, laptop) and now my QLED 4K TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Samsung tv a couple months ago and I've gotta say I can be happier. The crystal clear 4k image is something of magic. I have my computer hooked up to it a majority of the time and it has never let me down! I overclock my gpu so I mean business. My tv is absolutely amazing, and it's crazy to think that they make even nicer models! I'd have to say I would 3 or even 4 more if I could. All of that aside, I do look forward to coming home and having my smart things app turn my tv on and jam out to some spotify after work. I recommend samsung to all of my friends because I'm a serious fan boy haha.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved everything about the TV except for the fact it would not work with YouTube TV. Great picture and sound was not bad at all. However multiple efforts with Best Buy and Samsung 800 calls resulted in me having to return the TV. It would work for a while but after changing channels on YouTube TV it would eventually go out completely. Samsung made multiple changes in settings. It would work for a few minutes then go out again. Everything else on the tv worked fine just that no one could fix the problem with YouTubeTV.

Undying you seem to outdue yourselves!!!!! Each generation of products released by samsung, hasn't ceased to inspire my life in ways I can't put to words. The only caveat I have is to use an optical cable for audio, because I could not get sound to sync with video to my soundbar using Bluetooth, no matter how much I played with the digital sync feature in Settings. Other than that, a fantastic tv. All the qualities of a 70” or 80” unit in a 43” that fits a bedroom perfectly!

I own a nano lg also that is newer than my samsung, but horrible when it comes to understanding the controls and smart connection's. I love Samsung and I'm saving now to replace my nano lg with a brand new samsung 65". Even the connection of Bluetooth speakers can be controlled by my 9 year old on my samsung because the accessabilty is designed for toddlers!!

When I installed the Samsung TV at my home and powered it up I was instructed to search for the app that I needed, unfortunately the app was not installed and was not offered on the certain model of Samsung TV. Unfortunately I return the Samsung and purchased a different product. Maybe in the future Sam song can offer more detailed information as to what is and is not installed on the television

Being an 81 yr old female it took a bit of trial and error to connect this new one. When I got it up and running, I was stun by how beautiful and bright the picture was. So far I use it to watch regular TV and also streaming movies. All my other chores are on hold while I play with my new toy. Thanks Samsung
