I tried this litter with my 8 cats. Being a clay litter, it is very heavy but the packaging makes it easy to handle. The cats started using it right away and it clumped well and had average odor control. However, it did not seem very cost effective to me for 8 cats based on the quality, thus I stopped using it. For a home with a smaller amount of cats it may work well.

I have been using Fresh Step since 2001. I love the convenience that as soon as my cats are finished I can scoop up the clump and leave a clean box behind. Now it has the scent of Febreze, I love it even more. I have two cats and I live in an apartment and I like for my home to always smell clean. When someone comes into my home, they don't believe that I have two cats until they see them roaming around my apartment.

People are always surprised when they find out I have three cats. There is zero cat box odor in my house thanks to Fresh Step. All three insist on using the same litter box, even though I have two more. This product clumps well, keeps the dust down and most importantly, contains all odors. Thank you Fresh Step for a superior product, I will never purchase any other brand.

I love Fresh Step litter for my cats, it's the only one I'll buy. With two cats who I swear invite their buddies over to poop while I'm gone, it's the only one I've tried that keeps funky smells at bay. It's a little dusty when I pour it out, but I expect that to some degree.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never teied fresh step before receiving my coupon but i was quite please. It has a nice smell and has little dust sediment to it. My cats did not track this letter outside the box like their usual litter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I have 10 cats between the two of house 5/5 We have tried other brands, but nothing can compare to Fresh Step with Febreze . The cats love it, and it is easy to keep clean the boxes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started out with this litter. And have always loved it. But one day I thought I would try another brand. Worst mistake ever. Needless to say, I dumped it out after a week and went back to fresh step and have used it ever since. Hands down the best.

We just recently adopted our Cinnamon a few days before Thanksgiving. I bought this after it being recommended by a friend. I specifically wanted something that would keep odor down so people didn’t know we had a cat upon entering our home. This litter definitely does it’s job! My mom dropped by to visit on Thanksgiving Day and asked if we’d gotten the cat yet??? We’d had her for almost a week and my mom said she definitely wouldn’t have known we had a cat by scent alone since she hadn’t seen her yet. Well worth the money!!!

I have a house full of 7 cats and the Multi-Cat does the trick! No odors for my family or visitors. Most people that come the my home have no idea that I even have any pets until one of my social butterflies come in to greet them lol. The only thing I wish you would change would be to come back to the big plastic totes. By far they are and were the easiest to carry when purchasing in volume. Thank you for all you do to help our furry 4-legged family members :)

I have tried a lot of different cat litters, from cheaper to more expensive. This is the best one that I have found. I have four cats and this covers up the urine smell like a charm! I am leaving off one star though because this is a bit dusty (although better than it used to be)!
