This litter works great, just like the other Freshstep clumping products, however, the scent is too much! When my cat sits on my lap, and I can smell the strong oder of the litter (without even putting my nose close to her paws) it's a bit too much. Also makes me wonder if it's healthy for my cats to be licking their paws with all this fragrance stuff in and on their paws.

I just recently switched over to this litter. I have a young cat who has anxiety issues and was having issues with using the litter box all the time. I was using a pine litter and my vet suggested changing to something else. I went online and this seemed to be the best rated litter overall. I am very happy with it. There is virtually no odor anymore. It is easy to clean the box. And my cats seem to really like it.

I've purchased about six 38lb packs of this litter and have used up all six packs. I like this litter for the following reasons: 1) packaging (great not to have a bulky empty box); 2) really good odor control. I actually prefer unscented litter, but the Febreze scent isn't overwhelming. I use this with the litter robot open air and the waste drawer does not smell half as bad as with other litters after 1-2 weeks of accumulation; 3) decent clumping power. What I did not like about this litter: 1) quality seems to be hit and miss regarding "low dust". I've had packs that have been extremely dusty = visible dust cloud while scooping litter. 3) I've also grabbed one of the 4-packs to discover litter flying out because the seam failed. Overall, the odor control and decent clumping has me buying Fresh Step. I will be trying the Extreme version soon.

However, this litter is awesome because it covers odors with the scent of febreze, clumps good, and I noticed it is less dusty, lessening the mess! I love it!

I usually buy the regular Multi-Cat scented litter but I noticed this one for Low tracking litter and thought it might be worth the try. I must say that it does seem that my cat doesn't get as much litter scattered around the floor but it doesn't seem to clump as well as the regular litter. The odor blocking works great though, I can't tell at all when he goes.

I have always used Fresh Step and have now switched to the Febreze version. I have 8 indoor cats and 3 litter pans. And yes, I do not have children or grandchildren. With the original version, I would have to spray some Lysol sometimes when they gang up on me at the same time (if you know what I mean). I walk in my house now and do not have any smell hit me in the face. The funny thing is that 6 of them like to go outdoors, knowing they will be allowed back inside when they wish. When they first come in, they run to the litter pan to use it. Bum!!!

I am a volunteer with a local animal rescue and can have up to 10 cats at one time, you have a lot of scooping to do and the smell with other litters is awful. Fresh step smells the best by far and has never disappointed me.

At times there are 15 cats in for a time. I buy the 42lb 4 pack and it last me 2weeks. at any time the can be 8 litter boxes working. This is the best I ever used. I have tried all of the others and nothing save me money and works the way FreshStep

Ive used this litter twice and I'm already in love with it. It's odor control is very reliable, I have 2 cats, a kitten and the mom of the kitten. Since the kitten is still getting used to using the litter box, he sometimes doesn't cover up his droppings but it no longer is a problem with this litter because of the odor control. No matter if he covers it up or not you still won't be able to smell a thing!

I purchased the new Fresh Step cat litter and have found it to be the best yet. I have 3 cats and they all must have their own litter boxes. I have found no odor and the urine clumps so well that I no longer have to worry that it will fall apart before I get it into the trash bag. I love the smell and my cats smell like the Fabreze too, an added bonus!
