I have used this litter for several years and still love it! It clumps nicely and is easy to scoop. It does deposit some dust in the surrounding area, but it takes a while. Just means I should dust more often! There are NEVER any odors from the box and all three of my kitties like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fresh step with Febreeze. It is not over powering and yet it smells nice. I have two 10 year old cats. When people come to my apartment and a cat comes out, the people usually say; I never knew you had a cat. I say I don't, I have 2 cats. My apartment doesn't smell like I have any animals. Its really great, and the 25 lb. box seems to last at least a month.

This product works better than what I started out with, but I still have a bad smell whenever something fresh is in there. I think this is less about the product and more about my cats as they seem to forget to cover up their feces so the litter probably doesn't work as best as it can. Whenever we catch it, we try to cover it up ourselves and the smell seems to disappear quickly. A good sign that it works like it should.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I starting using this when we got two kittens that are now full grown cats two a half years ago. Love how it clumps and doesn't leave the room smelling like cat urine. It makes it easier to clean the litter boxes. I wouldn't buy any other brand!

I want to like this product because I have 3 cats and love freshstep products. For now I am giving 3 stars. Shortly after introducing the frebreze cat litter, one of my cats developed a rash near his genitals. This cat has had rashes before related to stress and over grooming. So I did change out the litter back to regular freshstep and the rash cleared up. That was 3 months ago. I am going to try the frebreze type again and see what happens. Otherwise, I did like the product overall. But I think the perfume could be toned down a lot.

This litter has a faint Fabreze smell which is hard to decifer between home fabreze and cat litter smell making the litter seem less obvious. After one week of two cat usage, we just cleaned the litter and found NO odor and ALL deposits in cat litter to be in clumps (no small pieces to pick up!) No breakage. Simple to clean and virtuously odorless (with the exception to a light fabreze smell which we also use in the rest of our home so seems "normal" and not cat-like:) Tracking is much less compared to the other options out there. Soooo much easier to manage for a two cat household. Thank you Fabreze!!

It keeps the smell at bay for over a week, the litter does not get everywhere( one of my kitties is messy) compared to non clumping & other clumping litters, also clean up is super easy... scoop and trash lol.

Fresh Step has always done a good job with odor control. It is the only brand I have ever purchased. We have had 2 cats in our home most of the time for the last 14 years now. Their new Febreeze scented litter is even better than the regular scented product. I will continue to purchase this product and would recommend it to other cat owners as well.
