[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Fresh Step clay for as far back as I can remember. I decided to give the Fresh Step clumping cat litter a try, and I absolutely will not go back to the clay! The Fresh Step Multi-Cat clumping cat litter extra strength formula with Febreze freshness is the best! It has made taking care of the litter box so easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always buy Fresh Step litter because it is hands down THE BEST cat litter around. I have tried all other brands and not one of them can match Fresh Step's quality. I chose to try the multi-cat with Febreze and it was even better than the original. I loved the scent and it kept the litter box fresher longer. Thanks Fresh Step for continuing to put out a quality product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the litter a lot because it clumps very hard - you don't have little bits and pieces of broken up clumps after a while ruining the litter. That keeps the litter much fresher for a lot longer. Keeps the box tidy and smelling fresh! Wish it was a little less dusty but its an improvement. And the cats seem to like it as well!!

We have a multi cat household and I won't use any other litter. I've tried others and they don't come close to the effectiveness of Fresh Step. It clumps tight for easier removal and keeps the area around the potty box surprisingly fresh. And best of all and most important our cats use it ALWAYS.

I have two cats. I had no problem with the original Fresh Step. It was very easy to scoop up because it clumped perfectly. Also had no issue with any odors. I find that "New & Improved" is not always the case. I now buy Fresh Step when I am running low & have a coupon from my local supermarket. I am in the process of trying other brands.

Much more dust than the Unscented kind I usually use, and also the smell is just too much at times...I think the scent is too strong...and that's for ME...then I think of my poor cats who can smell much better than I can, and they are in there WITH IT, and digging around which just brings more dust into the air...I hate to think they're breathing all that in :-(

I switched to this brand, from another. Our cats have no complaints &therefore we are happy. The biggest disadvantage is the box itself. The box is so tightly glued/packaged that I can barely open it. I am a fairly strong, in good health 53 yr old female, previous carpal tunnel syndrome surgery. For this fact alone, I may have to switch back.

I bought this cat litter hoping it would stay fresh and it did not work for me. I would rather buy the regular multi cat fresh step. The febreeze freshness does not work; and i clean out the litter box twice a day. I would recommend it to a one cat household.

I have four cats now. we recently took in a rescue, a baby siamese mix. As you ca imagine with lots of cats comes lots of pooping. I have tried many litters and ended up with Fresh step febreeze. First I was very sceptical because of the "perfume" fact but it is not bothering my cats and it helps a lot with the smell. I am very happy with this litter.

I've tried them all! And I mean all: nonclumping clay, wood chips, pellets, and so many other brands of litter. I've done the experiment! Been there, done that. Trust me, don't waste your time. Love the easy, manageable packaging. Love, love, love my rescued abandoned kitties and Fresh Step!
