[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this and have 2 cats. Its the only litter that we have tried that actually covers up the smell. We've bought the most expensive kinds and even tried the worlds best litter. Not good. Only this febreeze smelling fresh step cat litter works

Started using this litter when we got a second cat; scent is fresh without being overpowering, litter has low scatter (seems to stay in the box), and there is minimal if any dust. The clumping is good, but occasionally they fall apart a bit. Even when we forget to scoop for a day or two, there is no "tell-tale" smell...hooray!

I just tried this and it is the best litter out there! I have 3 cats and this keeps the litter box from smelling. It has a fresh scent even if I don't get around to cleaning the box for 2 or 3 days. It clumps very well and makes cleaning the box easier.

We have been very pleased with how this litter handles the urine odor that other litters have not in the past. Plus, the clumps hold together well for easy litter maintenance. I also love the packaging of the bags into smaller portions for easier handling.

I have tried many different brands of litter as well as many different types. I have 4 cats, god help me, so a good strong odor controlled litter is important. This is the only brand that seems to null that oh so pleasant aroma that lingers around the litter box. And the price is amazing, so why buy any other? You'll thank me. Now if I could find the same solution for my 5 kids...

I have raved about Fresh Step for years and now I thought my cat urinated somewhere and could not find it. The Urine smell is so strong at times and I live in a one-bedroom apartment. I have also found that Fresh Step no longer clumps as good as it used to. It is falling apart before I can get it in the litter genie. I scoop the box 2 or 3 times a day/night. Please, please change the formula back to your original version. The points are awful to read on the new packaging plastic.

This was my third box of Fresh Step kitty litter. I like it better than the old brand I had used for many years. There is less dust, which I think was causing allergy problems before. Another good feature is that it seems to last longer than the old brand.

My cat is really large and honestly barely fits in a large litterbox. When he goes number 1, it's like a river. I completely change the box twice a week. After a day, the other litter would smell so when he jumped on us we would also smell. This is the only litter that makes it three days. Note: We've had him to the vet and she ran tests and nothing is wrong that we can find. He is just a really long, large cat.

The addition of Febreeze really made it the best litter we ever bought. When people come to my home they are surprised to learn we have 4 cats!. Odor control is a top priority and this litter works.
