I have 4 cats and there is no cat litter smell. I have been to houses I knew immediately they had a cat because of the smell. I had someone over and they said if they hadn't seen the cats they would never have know by the smell I had any let alone 4. They just assumed having cats equals smell.

My cats are picky when it comes to everything that they claims as theirs but they love this cat litter! They rarely kick it out of the box like the old litter that I use to have. I love the fact that my house doesn't smell as well! The packaging is sturdy enough to hold the wait. When a box is finished, I save it to throw away the kitty waste!

I have tried other brands but they do not perform as well as Fresh Step. It is the best value for me because I get exceptional performance and an odor free home

I really like this litter for my kitten, however, there still seems to be some little trails of litter throughout the house. It’s also hard to clean out the clumps sometimes because it gets stuck to the bottom of the box. Other than that it has great odor control!

You go through less because once you scoop it, the litter still smells fresh for days! Tidy Cats and several others cannot say the same because I was dumping all the litter out every other day due to the lingering stench, even when adding scent boosters and baking soda.

I have been using this litter for 6 months now. It is the best litter for odor and clumping. I have used tidy cats and arm and hammer off and in switching back and forth. I came across fresh step and decided to give it a try. I will never go back to the other brands. I'm a clean freak and who wants to smell pee and poop in a litter box. Fresh step is the strongest litter for smell.

After trying others I always went back to Fresh Step and now I wouldn't buy anything else. The Febreze makes it even better. I have two cats with three litter boxes in different areas of my house but there is no hint of kitty litter smell anywhere. Awesome!

I tried this litter with my 8 cats. Being a clay litter, it is very heavy but the packaging makes it easy to handle. The cats started using it right away and it clumped well and had average odor control. However, it did not seem very cost effective to me for 8 cats based on the quality, thus I stopped using it. For a home with a smaller amount of cats it may work well.
