Took a long time to stain and assemble. Directions are fairly easy to follow. Paper instructions and app instructions don't always match up 100% of the time. Spouse used the paper instructions while I used the app. Advantage of paper instructions is being able to see the entire assembly all at once. You only see one small step at a time on the app but you get really detailed 360 degree simulations of each and every step. Any issues I had were almost entirely user error. Overall I enjoyed the assembly. Staining sucks. Staging parts by steps and clear communication between the people assembling is critical to efficient assembly. 20 hours build time is fairly accurate. Invest in an impact driver and impact rated bits.

I purchased this a year and a half ago. We went for the Cedar one as it was supposed to last longer. At first we absolutely loved it and even recommended a family friend purchase it. Fast forward...A little more than a year later ours is rotting. Super frustrating that we paid extra for the cedar one from the company and it is already rotting. At this point I'm not sure it will be stable for my kids next summer, which puts the cost at 1000 per year. I would not buy again for the price. Not worth it AT ALL. We were expecting a lot longer life than this...

We have had this playground since January of this year. It is a good playground for our 5 year old. Only bad thing is it's not sturdy enough for an 9 year old who weighs 55 lbs +/-. Whenever our oldest goes across the monkey bars the wood creaks and when she swings, the wood creaks and sags. That is why I didn't give it 5 stars. I wish we would have spent a little more money and got one a little more sturdy. Other than that, my 5 year old loves it. It is perfect for her and her friends.

Had a few missing pieces called customer service and they were at my door within 2 days. My husband and I got it together within 24 hrs, spread out throughout a few rainy days during Thanksgiving break. My kids love it. I've seen many playsets cheap for little money. This one is very nice good quality and heavy duty for a decent price. My girls are 4, 8, and 11, and they all love to play in it.

Some of the best instructions I have ever seen. Very detailed and shows great detail. Only complaint some more could have been completed and then added on at a later point (ie crows nest). My children absolutely love it. Took us four days to assemble. From sorting to finishing the set.

Good Quality Material. My husband built it pretty much by himself with a little help from my 13 yr. old son. It took 2 1/2 days to complete. That included leveling the ground that the play set was to be put on. All material were well marked and the instructions were well thought out. He said that the only real problem he had was with the 3/4" truss head bolts and their barrel nuts he had to add more 5/16 washers in order to make them tighten down. He agreed with previous reviews about laying out all the material before building, it made it a lot easier to assemble. I have 5 kids 3 of which are at and under the age of 3. They love the play set and were very excited as they saw it go together. Delivery was fast we got in about 5 days after I ordered it. I would recommend this play set to a friend.

The contents came in four boxes and were a little confusing when first opening the box. The first few hours were very time consuming while searching through all of the boxes. It would have been much easier if the boxes contained phases, rather than pieces in all boxes. Once I was into the project for a bit, the flow was better. The directions at times were a bit confusing, but overall they were fine. The quality is great for the price, especially when comparing to other products. This is an American Made product with imported materials.

We love this play set. The instructions were not very good especially when it came to lining up specific sides. Our climbing wall has broken off several times so we finally took it off and added another slide, which the kids prefer anyway. Once it's assembled it's awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re so happy with our decision. This playset is big enough to accommodate our kids as they grow. The only downside is that the picnic table top is already peeling so we will have to do some maintenance next year which is much earlier than we would have expected.

This is a great play house. Love it and very glad I bought it. However, after 7 months the boards fell off the rock climb. I took out every single screw and replaced it with quality deck screws. About half the ones I removed were broke in half. After only 7 months! I haven’t messed with the other screws in the whole set, I’m scared to find out. I recommend if you get this you buy your own deck screws for it.
