We spent quite a bit of time researching swing sets for our toddler and preschool boys. My husband kept coming back to this one. We are very happy with this purchase! My husband and son put it together in a few weeks and the boys enjoyed helping! i can swing on it and it is very durable. While it have some difficult play areas for our toddler, he keeps up with his brother and the boys can grow into it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item was purchase 6 months ago. Other than taking a little bit of time to assemble, instruction were really clear and easy to follow steps. Perfect for the kids to spends hours outdoors in fresh air.

The slide won't last it's too flimsy. As for the double swing the hardwear holding it up has already made the holes too big in the soft wood just from the kids swinging on it. Other then that we love it. My four kids are having a ball and stay outside 1/2 the day playing happy as can be.

It was a task putting it together but it is good quality and very sturdy. For the price you can't beat it! It would be nice if they just boxed the like pieces together but they don't so highly recommend when you're going thru your checklist to make sure you received everything to put like pieces together at that time!!

i bought the skyfort last october, but didn't get it until november, so we stored it until now, because we live in missouri, and the weather has not been good. there was all kinds of hardware missing, 360 washers, lag bolts, lag screws, and some of the hardware that the instructions said to use on certain parts were too short, so we had to use some of the longer ones, which caused us to be short on those. some of the boards were not painted all the way. i would have notified you about the missing hardware, but i had 2 guys here to put it together, and didn't want to wait for replacement parts. with the price of gas, it was an expensive trip. my grandkids love it!

Great swing set! The kids are loving. I wish the letters and numbers on the boards were bigger, and more easily visible. I am sure it’s not common, but I had issues with some boards not been marked or some that were were unreadable. \n\nThe app made so much easier to be able to put it together myself. But I definitely recommended having someone that works for a company to put it together, specially if you ran with issues like mine where some were not marked. I had to jumped some steps and go back after words to make sure I wasn’t using the wrong board. \n\nOnce the project it’s done. It’s sturdy and I have no issues or worries with the kids playing on it.

This set takes some time and patients to assemble. We were missing one piece, so inventory immediately. Missing board was sent in about 5 days. While we inventoried pieces, we marked each one with colored chalk and put them in piles according to "letter". This make finding them much easier. Total time took about two and half weeks including time to level yard and put lumber around to contain rubber mulch with many unavailble days due to rain. The directions are vague and confusing at some places, with one part having to unassemble some planks to continue. However, my kids can't wait for nicer weather to play on their swing set. It has everything a kiddo could dream of!

I have only had the swing set put together for a week at this point, but the kids love it so far! Customer service was great, the guys that came to install it worked very hard, and had it put together in about 5 1/2 hours. The kids have been playing on it non-stop, it's also very pretty! I thought it was going to be too bulky, but it's actually the perfect size as well. A great buy!!! Hoping it stands the test of time!

I'm giving this overall rating of 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of the delivery company. Sam's almost lost the sale altogether because the delivery company couldn't get off their lazy lying butts to deliver as promised. I had to threaten to cancel and refuse any future delivery attempts unless they had it delivered by 3:00 pm on that final promised day. They showed up at 2:50! The product is good. If I could suggest an improvement it would be the indentification of the lumber pieces (the stamp on the pieces themselves) and identify which box the pieces are located in during the instruction step. There are 4 large boxes of lumber and hardware. Each box has an inventory sheet but you have to look at each box's inventory sheet to find the correct board to use for that step in the manual. Lots of time wasted looking for lumber. The wood quality is good and all pieces were there except for one L bracket. Also, customer support doesn't like to answer there phone so be prepared to wait on hold for a long time if you need something. It took 2 resonabaly knowledgable men about 25-30 hours to complete the assembly of this ,fort. Probably 5 of thoses hours were digging through boxes looking for lumber. The metal and all hardware is good quality. I am empressed which the finish of all the metal pieces. Overall a great product!

My son and I put this together for our grandson's 4th birthday. He had assembled the stairs and rock wall and sorted out the pieces prior to my arrival. Grouping the items by number prior to assembly was very helpful, since there a lot of pieces. The written instructions were very good and the "Bilt" app was helpful It took us three days, but it went together well. He immediately climbed the rock wall and went right up to the crow's nest. The neighbors were ready to send their kids over to play. We are sure he will get many years of use and enjoyment from it. Our granddaughter has had a similar one for several years and it still looks great and she plays on it all the time.
