alot of wood cracked missing hard ware still have not got been a week on hold right now

I bought this a week ago Sat. Took some time to construct but it is a wonderful piece for the grandkids. They love it. Instructions are hard to follow at times but we had everything we needed to build.

We just assembled this swing set and so far we LOVE it! Very sturdy! Assembly was a bit of a hassle, definately recommend to have one person just to sort the pieces! Pieces are not sorted into specific boxes! 100% recommend this purchase!

Despite the amount of time this took to put together, we are very impressed with quality and size of this set. Without being staked into the ground the set does not sway even with 2 adults and a child on the 2nd level.

I bought this play set for my grandchildren. Had it assembled.The quality is great! I would put together myself next time. have put 2 other styles together and it was very easy. They have so much fun playing on it. There's adventures every time they use it. Quality is great and easy to put together. This is my third purchase from backyard Discovery. Highly recommend!

We bought this about a month ago for our kids age 3 and 6 and they are absolutely loving it! I called Sams Club daily to see if they had received any ( as they gets trucks all the time) and calling paid off, we were finally able to get one. We actually hired a couple of guys to assemble it because it looked like to much work! We sure are so glad we hired them it took approximately 3 days for it to be finished! I only gave this review 4 stars because I feel that this was such a big project that it should of came already with a sealant on it! Overall my kids r happy with it which makes this momma happy!

the swing set is great now that it is assembled. the delivery did not go well and we had to go pick it up and that was a difficult process also. the assembly is much more intensive than I thought it would be it took four of us two days to get it done. no part of this set is pre assembled. some of the board were not marked very well and we were short some important screws other screws we had several extras. the quality of the wood and the parts is excellent our boys will be enjoying this for a long time.

My husband and his father started on swingset had most done in 1 day. My husband finished swingset in a total of 16 hrs. mostly by himself. Time comsuming, directions were a little different but he did not complain and had no problems. It was a b-day gift for our 3yr old, he loves it.

This is a great play house. Love it and very glad I bought it. However, after 7 months the boards fell off the rock climb. I took out every single screw and replaced it with quality deck screws. About half the ones I removed were broke in half. After only 7 months! I haven’t messed with the other screws in the whole set, I’m scared to find out.

I love this playset. I have a 4 yr old and a 8 yr old and it fit both of their needs. So putting it together took my husband almost 2 full days. Went together easily after sorting the pieces. We did have a couple problems with holes lining up but we were able to fix that. Also may want to put top/bottom stickers on some pieces. Kind of wish that there qas more space between swings because its hard to fit a circle swing with the other ones.
