It definitely took some time to put together but if you download the app it has really good pictures and details to break it down easily. My only complaint is that it would have been nice if they were boxed in order of assembly. Best to double check every box with the provided inventory sheets and layout before you start anything. Outside of that all the kids love it.

I purchased this and decided against paying the $600 for them to Install it. Some friends and I put it together, and I was very disappointed with the quality of the wood. It would split in some places when putting the bolts or screws in. It had quite a few places where there were knots in the wood. Not to mention the majority of their predrilled holes, did not line up like they were supposed to. I was very disappointed in the quality after spending $1700 on a swingset.

Installers were fabulous!!! Product is excellent!!! The customer service personnel from Go Configure who booked the installation were HORRIBLE. It took seven weeks, dozens of phone calls, and a request to return the $2099 product and be reimbursed for the $846 installation fee to finally get an installation date. To say I was given the "run around" is an understatement. These people did not seem truthful as they repeatedly explained how they understood my frustration and were working so hard to get through to the installers. Funny how an installation date was booked within hours of my request to return the product and be refunded the installation fee. (My credit card was charged for the product and installation on July 1, but the installation didn't take place until August 20-21. Two months of credit card interest!) The two gentlemen who came to do the installation are saving this review for the company. I am rating with five stars because of them and their excellent service. They couldn't have been any more professional, careful, and courteous with the installation. Thanks, guys!

Wonderful piece of equipment. Built it primarily myself with limited assistance from a second pair of hands. The expected build time is generous, but it is a big project. The instructions weren't always the most obvious but you'll figure it out. Brings the playground to your back yard.

There are a lot of parts and comprehensive assembly instructions. No where in the process did we have to deviate from the described path to make it work, which is all to common. Get a couple of friends, one who is a stickler for details and process, and don't hurry. My son, daughter in law, and I did it in under 40 man-hours

Positives: 1. Large playset 2. Nice details 3. Good instructions 4. BILT App is very nice for additional information - critical in some cases to understand Pilot hole orientation Negatives: 1. Set is Cedar - light weight and fragile compared to other lumber making boards easily damaged or cracked 2. Some portions of instructions require using App to fully understand 3. Re-ordering of some instruction steps wood make assembly easier. 4. For certain steps, pieces of the same kind are in multiple boxes making for challenging searches since many planks look the same. My build / assembly experience is moderate to high and the set took 33hrs to assemble by myself with nearly 25% of that attributed to lengthy times searching for parts. The most critical tools for this project are a high quality drill driver and a rubber mallet. There are hundreds of fasteners and T-Nuts to the unit. Downloading the instructions and or the BILT app is advised to fully appreciate the amount of work required. Overall for younger kids to play on, it serves its purpose. However, if the materials were if higher quality, there could easily be a large reduction in parts and increased durability. If I had to choose again, I'd look for something made with heavier materials.

The number of hours to build the playset is about 20 hours x 2 contractor skilled men. Overall, we like the playset, however, the lumber is thin, leaving us question how long before certain parts of the playset will break. It is something a diligent person will take care of before it becomes a problem and completely breaks down. It is obvious that the lumber and hardware were skimped to save cost in manufacturing parts.

I assembled this right after Christmas. It took me a solid 3 days by myself. For the most part, every piece fit together really good. I don't really have anything bad to say about the assembly. The only negative is that when I opened the boxes to assemble it, the boxes were filled with rat nests. The rats had obviously occupied these boxes for some time. They had started eating away at the wood. A couple pieces were chewed up pretty bad. Nothing that I felt would compromise the structural integrity of the swingset, but I wasn't happy about the quarter moon they chewed out a couple pieces. Other than that, I'm happy about this product. It was just as advertised.

We bought this for our grandchildren and they love it! It does take a few days to assemble, but the instructions are easy to follow and the pieces clearly labeled. With all the hardware sorted and labeled it was no problem to find what was needed. We have already recommended this to a friend.

This is a very nice play set. The directions lack a little on detail and you need at the very least two people. Not so much that anything is heavy but just to help keep parts coming and double checking your placement. Trust me there are a LOT of parts. If you have someone to keep the sections in order and ready when needed the project goes a lot faster, but still plan for two FULL days at a minimum.
