Our granddaughters are ecstatic to have this playset in their backyard! We got the installation And it was worth every penny! It took three men only four hours to put it together! My granddaughters got to play with it that very day. Couldn't be happier!

Outstanding playset. I highly highly recommend paying for the installation as it looked incredibly complicated as we watched the assembly crew work all day without break from 7:25am until 4:30pm. They were great and bound and determined to get it finished for my daughter. Also if you choose assembly do the guys a favor and measure out and mark your yard where you want the set to go. It really helps make a hard job easier.

Delivery man was great...but we weren't told it would come by semi!! We had no place to turn around so they got a smaller semi to bring it!! Parts were all there. Some warped. The only problem I have is the slide...when they go down it, the last pole at the bottom hurts their butts and back. So be prepared!!

Our granddaughter is really happy with this swing set. Really nice for the price. A couple of things...Lay all the pieces out in order. I did some of that, but I still spent more time looking for parts than putting it together. The wood is very soft, so be careful to not over tighten. You'll never know it. Also, if you really want to take the time, I would recommend putting a good stain/sealer on it prior to putting it together. All they do is put on a cheap water stain that will wash off pretty quickly. They also have an excellent customer service department. I called with a couple minor issues and they took care of them right away. No hassle. I assembled this by my self working 2 to 4 hours a day (Texas heat), in 4 days. It is pretty simple.

We purchased this for our 2 kids, ages 2.5 and 6. They both love the set, and I feel like they are the perfect ages to enjoy it all. My husband (a builder) put it together in 14 hours by himself. 8 hours the first day, and 6 the second. I can imagine if you do not have any building experience it could take twice as long. I did not like the strong cedar smell, but remember, this is Chinese fir, which is much more aromatic than domestic cedar. It went away almost completely by day 2. We didn't have any damaged pieces, and everything went together fine. We modified the monkey bars, though, as it was a danger to both of our kids. They are way too high and the opening was an accident waiting to happen for my 2 year old. My husband cut them down to the deck height so our 6 year old can reach by himself, and installed it next to the ladder. We put another slide in the opening where the monkey bars were. Perfect! We did not seal it - we will wait to put a dark stain on it next year that will just act the same way. Overall, a great buy for the price we paid my kids will get a lot of use out of it!

It took a few days putting this together. The instructions were decent, but a few minor improvisations and a few bolts purchased at the hardware store was required. It is very nice and sturdy. My biggest gripe is that the slide is not one piece, but a flat piece that fits into the wavy channels and then is screwed into the plastic to keep it from falling out. The issue is that it feels like it will break if someone >100lbs goes down it and it is very bumpy, so you kind of launch off of the 1st bump and slam into the 2nd bump. Anyways it is more sturdy and better built than our last similarly priced one (we didn't get to take it when we moved), but the slide is not as nice. Good buy and experience overall. It would be 5 stars if the slide was 1 solid piece.

We decided to purchase this swingset and assemble it ourselves (how hard can it be?), because another $700 to have someone set it up just seemed absurd. As soon as we started to put it together, pieces were breaking. Window frames peeled back and wood pieces split right in half. Although it is fine now, it took many hours of adjusting the work based on the shoddy materials. I would not buy this brand again.

After 2 years of looking at play sets I was referred by a co-worker to your product. I am very happy with the quality of the products I received. The company that delivered my product was very friendly and professional and would also highly recommend this play set and this trucking company to all of my friends

Thus skyfort was what we wanted in the space reserved in our backyard. We are thrilled our firstborn loves it too! We recommend this to others, but may want to stake out about a foot more clearing in the dimensions listed online. We did it specific to the rectangle online and it's a tight fit for the area we reserved for the playground.

I purchased this set for my grandchildren for Christmas and they love it. So much to keep them busy outside instead of TV or ipads. Set arrived in a timely manner with notification on when it would be there. Installation had a few hiccups, but was finally installed after a week. Well worth the wait to see the smiles on the kids faces. Would definitely recommend this set to others.
