I bought this item and chose to put it together myself and that was a mistake. So far i have moderate problems with the quality of the equipment(subject to change as i am only 1/3 of the way through the process). The directions on the other hand are very vague and extremely difficult to follow making me tear down things that i already had put together. This has been slowing my process greatly and very frustrating to say the least. I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing this product unless of course they have it installed by the company. My kids are 7and5 and they absolutely love it soooooo much it does feel weak like other reviews but once together pretty solid the other thing is the screws and bolts omg soooo many bolts beat bet is leave all the wood planks in box and in the screw box got papers on each part in each box which would have made it easy but I toke all of them out but other than that can't get them off of it

We haven't finished the assembly yet. Two of us have worked for over 20 hours so far. We beleive we can finish it in another five hours. The assembly details in the illustrations are not always easy to understand resulting in boards being put in the wrong position. There are some parts missing and damaged. Overall we pleased with the play set.

We bought the play set online and decided to have the installation included due to our busy work schedules. The play set arrived about a week after we purchased it. I was contacted and set up a time to have it installed the following week. On the day of the appointment I received a call that they needed to reschedule after the time they should have already been there. They did not offer any explanation as to why we were not contacted earlier or why it needed to be rescheduled. We were not happy as we had already made arrangements to be home. The installation was scheduled two more times after that. After a month of having the boxes sit in my garage it was finally installed. The installer was very polite and worked efficiently. The playground set is a big hit and my kids love it. The material is very sturdy and seems like it will last awhile. I was a little worried after reading other reviews and seeing some people received bad materials or complaining that it was cheaply made, but for our play set I couldn't disagree more. While I think the customer service department that schedules installation needs to get it together, I was very satisfied with the play set and the installer so I'm still giving it 5 stars.

After looking at other reviews concerning this Skyfort ll Play Set, I followed the lead of a very detailed and lengthy review with step by step instructions. This is a credit to my success with assembling this set. It took about 23 hours of actual assembly time, not including parts inventory. We assembled and built the Skyfort ll off site under a shelter and set the unit in its' final place with a front end loader. Then, all we had to do then is attach all the accessories assembled prior. Kids are having a ball with this unit! GET YOU ONE!

My 6 year old loves this. We picked this one for her to grow as she's older and also still be able to suit the younger crowd as well. I do wish that the swings were a little farther apart and not as crowded but it's not a huge issue. We hired go configure to put this together and it saved us so much time! But my only negative experience with go configure was it takes longer then the two week turn around that the website stated it would for them to get to us, it took about 5 weeks, which was sorta annoying to us but we can't change it. They did a great job putting it together and we couldn't be happier.

Just finished putting this together with my father and friend. Took us 2.5 days. Spent hours organizing the parts in order of steps before starting construction - highly recommend doing that as the parts are all mixed up in boxes!! So far kids love it and it seems very solid and sturdy.

This is a great solid set, the kids love it. I have been putting it together by my self for about 3 weeks now ,4 or 5 hours a day on the week days.I just need to put the swings on now. FInding the pieces were time consuming at first. It is like putting a puzzle together not hard but time consuming. I didn't have room to lay every thing out and leave it laying untill i got finished so i kept everything in the boxes. The packing slips in the boxes told me what piece were in what box. As there were less pieces left it got easier and easier. If you have time to put it together or want to pay to get it put together either way you will have a nice set and it is big enough any kid that plays on the set will be having fun..

So purchased this for 2 kids one 6 yr old and one 9 yr old, was delivered within 2.5 weeks from purchase and waited another 3 weeks for the assembly (which I highly recommend) it took 3 men 8 hours to build it. They damaged several pieces during the install, and a few others were of substandard quality during the install. It's already been 2 weeks and they have to ship me the replacement pieces and then reschedule a team to come out to re-intall them. Meanwhile they tell you that you have 30 days to put a weather coating on it to have a warranty mine will be past this as I'm still waiting on these parts, also as my kids climb up the ladder and play in the house and swing it sounds as if its cracking in several places. Not sure I would recommend this, but I will say the install team was great, the company kept us informed every step of the way from days after our purchase to shipment to install it's just the quality that I don't trust yet.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas and it took me about 20 hours to put together. I was able to do some of the first steps in the garage before starting the main structure. Everything lines up really well and ended up being a really easy build.
