This is a great play set. Boxes are organized and comes with an app to help. My husband put this up BY HIMSELF. One person. And he completed it in one week. We bought this for our son's one year birthday party. It is a little big for him now but I'm sure he will grow into it. He loves going down the slide. As we were putting it together we had to redrill some of the holes as they weren't lined up or drilled thru enough. Also the bolts for the glider slide were not long enough. a couple of the boards had to be shaved down as they were too long. It took about a week for us to get it together and the last two days my husband and father worked on it all day to get it finished. It looks great in our backyard. Overall we are happy with it.

We purchased this with assembly and it was all done in about 2-3 weeks. Thank goodness we paid the extra for assemby; definitely worth it. Reviews said it took an average of 40 hours to do themselves and when we saw pics of the hundreds of pieces laid out, we said heck no. With an actual assembly team, it still took almost 14 hours. The fort on top and picnic area on bottom are appealing as well as the monkey bars, which are harder to find these days. There were some minor dings and scratches. The wood is pretty but not as strong or resistant as I had imagined. Still, I would recommend this to everyone searching for an affordable higher-end playset.

The Skyfort II is nice, when put together it is smaller than I thought it would be. My grandson loves it, however his pepaw did not like how each section was in different boxes all separate. It took him and my son 8 days to put it together. It is best to lay out each box separately to let the pieces be easier to find.

The number of hours to build the playset is about 20 hours x 2 contractor skilled men. Overall, we like the playset, however, the lumber is thin, leaving us question how long before certain parts of the playset will break. It is something a diligent person will take care of before it becomes a problem and completely breaks down. It is obvious that the lumber and hardware were skimped to save cost in manufacturing parts.

This kit came in quickly and was delivered in good shape. All parts were there and many extras too. Parts are will marked but you may need to use all the instruction booklets as they all have different images and enlargements and instructions which are helpful. Wood quality is OK, the crows nest floor is too thin and flexes too much. adding additional support would be helpful. The seats on the sandbox area are too thin and both split when attached and bow under the weight of an average 5 year old. Swings are a little close together but functional. Overall pleased with the set.

This is a great solid set, the kids love it. I have been putting it together by my self for about 3 weeks now ,4 or 5 hours a day on the week days.I just need to put the swings on now. FInding the pieces were time consuming at first. It is like putting a puzzle together not hard but time consuming. I didn't have room to lay every thing out and leave it laying untill i got finished so i kept everything in the boxes. The packing slips in the boxes told me what piece were in what box. As there were less pieces left it got easier and easier. If you have time to put it together or want to pay to get it put together either way you will have a nice set and it is big enough any kid that plays on the set will be having fun..

Just finished putting this playset together. It took what seemed like forever but was probably the majority of three full days. The instructions were not great, the labeling on the lumber was barely visible and we were missing some hardware. The wood is already splintering. My 4 year old was ecstatic so it made it all worth it.

I am so happy i purchased this as a house warming gift for my daughter. Everything is well marked with clear instructions-not as overwhelming a project as some make it sound. Sort things out -have your tools ready and follow instructions and you'll have a new swingset in no time. My only complaint is the inability for the delivery men to put the 4 packages in the driveway-she lives in the country with a huge driveway and they would only put the boxes at the curb-there were only 4 boxes!? Otherwise I see many years of backyard fun for the grandchildren!

Bought this about a month ago and was able to assemble it in 3 days. Total time took 3 of us about 20 to 30 hours. Some of the pieces split but cedar is soft. Sometimes it helps to pretrial even though most of them are. We also placed the base on pavers that were level as this should extend the life of the swing set. I thought the instructions were pretty clear too. Another thing that will help speed it up is to put all the hardware into some sort of organizer and organize all the pieces to make them easier to locate. Also when it's delivered it's curbside so make you have help to carry very heavy boxes to where you need them. The kids love it!!!! Not too big but not too small for them to get bored quickly.
