We've had the playset for almost a year and our kids love it. Install took a while but with the app and clear instructions it was very straightforward. I put on a wood sealer and protector over the winter and the set held up well. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Purchased this playset from Sam's and from purchase to set up was perfect. Playset delivered and installed within 2 weeks of Christmas with no issues. The techs even replaced a broken piece without me having to do anything! Kids enjoy playing on the set just wish it had a 2 person glider instead of the handle bars and it is smaller than the picture but overall a great purchase with no regrets,

We set the playset up a couple of weeks ago and the kids love it. They are 6 & 8 and I was worried they might grow out of it too fast but I now feel confident they will play on it for several years. We didn't have any issues with boards breaking as we saw in some of the other reviews. My husband said it is made of cedar and cedar is a soft wood, not a hard wood. We are very happy with our purchase.

I took about 2 years looking up all different swing sets and always came back to this one. This swing set had everything we were looking for good rating, swings, glider, sandbox picnic table lg. slide, monkey bars, rock wall really cute club house with the skyfort, and a ladder in back. The time to put this swing set is very accurate about 20 + hours with 2 knowledgeable people. My husband and I sent our daughter to her friends house, Thurs night. Fri. morning we got started with her gone we got most of it done but the following day we had her back and our grandson and nephew, and we barely got anything done but we spent sunday finishing it up. There are 103 steps to putting it together, and the directions are very understandable. The set once put together seems huge, but its a very attractive, fun great set. Some of our friends thought we spent like $3000 on it, but we told them how much and they were shocked. This set is very sturdy, very atttractive, has everything plus more, for the price you cannot go wrong, you will not be able to find another set that has everything like this one does for the same price. Our 3 year old loves it and it truley is like having a park in your own back yard.

Have had the set for about 2 months now. My kids absolutely love it and play on it daily. The setup between the app and the manual made this a very easy setup!! Lay out everything before hand and you will have this set assembled in no time. If you are trying to speed up your set up time, have two groups of people set up. One group starts in the base of the main structure and the other group starts on the rock wall, steps, etc.

We bought this for our 4 year old on her birthday. All the neighborhood kids couldn't wait for us to finish assembling so they could play. The play set was packaged well and all the parts were there and in perfect condition. It looks great and kids love it.

Overall the swing-set is ok. Quality does not reflect the price of this. The slide is very cheaply made. Two sturdy pieces of plastic with a thin flexible piece of plastic run down into the groves. 1st day the slide is broken when my 8yr old about 55 lb child went down. We will be reinforcing the floor board for the play house as it doesn't seem that sturdy. Putting it together was fairly easy but time consuming. 2 pieces were mislabeled and the roof that came pre assembled had too thick of a piece of wood that we needed to shave down. Not huge deals. Only thing I'm really disappointed in is the slide and wish it was higher and a sturdier quality for what we paid.

I bought this for my 3 year old daughter and she's now obsessed with it. The play set is as advertised. I opted to build it myself and it took 16 hours with a helper. Two of those hours were laying out all of the pieces and organizing them, which is something I highly recommend. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to understand. I did not try the app that was recommended, but it all worked out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a smaller swing set with this and are thrilled with it! Our granddaughters love it! It was not difficult to put together as it has thorough instructions. The variety of swings, the slide, the climbing wall and so much more makes it to be so fun for the grands. We love that the slide is one piece. We are very pleased with it and can't wait to have years of memories made on it!

We bought this for our daughter's 5th birthday on March. It was very complicated to put together and the instructions were, often times, less than ideal. However, we persevered and after two weekends of full days, the set was together. Our daughter loves it and wants to be out there playing every day.
