We bought this after reading a lot of reviews. We had another place at an hour previous house. This playset is shockingly substandard in the quality of the materials used. The wood is so thin that when my children step into the playhouse, it creaks and leaves you with the distinct feeling that if they jump it might crack and the structure might collapse. When two of her friends came over to play, the kids themselves came and told us that they thought that this Playhouse is not safe. The swings are dangerously close. I actually removed the middle swing after a collision. The monkey bar is poorly designed. It is way shorter than it should be. The spacing of the bars has defects and the strange wooden barrier on the playhouse side is too low and actually dangerous for children as they try to get on or off the Monkey Bar. I suspect some finely crafted test might show that the material can withstand usage as long as it is within the exact specifications. As a parent I don't need a legally accurate document showing this to be safe provided it is used by children exactly per the specifications. Children do not know and should not have to know the finer details of how they should be using a playset. This does not feel safe. It is not safe based on actual collision of the swings that I experienced. I am honestly left wondering about the experiences of the parents who have given this a positive rating. The cynic in me wonders if those are Insider reviews. Several of the parents have pointed out to the challenges I have listed here. There is nothing good about the playset and this is a strongly not recommended.

My kids (2 and 5) love their new playset, and I feel it's features will keep them interested for years. Overall well designed! With a 2 yr old I was concerned about the crows nest, but the railing a are quite tall (ofcourse she is always supervised, but I was pleasantly surprised how safe it seems). A couple "negatives": the swings seem a little close together and assembly does take a considerable amount of organization and time. Also, my husband (who assembled it) said the quality of wood was lacking. Not to the point he felt it was unsafe, but it was very easy to accidently split a board.

This swing set is great! Just wish that it didn't take so long to put together - my hubby who is great with building things, and fixing them, spent A LOT of time (i think 3 weeks) after work putting this thing together. It came in 4 big boxes - NOTHING is put together. The quality is not the best, but pretty decent - some boards cracked when hubby was putting it together...but him being great with fixing things, he thought of something to save those boards and they are fine now. For the price though its a great buy - hubby said for the hardware alone, it would cost over 300 dollars to buy - plus it is a great design - our boys love the outlook balcony on top, they can see everything :)

We bought this last summer. It's time consuming to put together, but my husband and I did it in a couple days (4 kids so couldn't commit to long periods of time). Our kids absolutely love it! There are many features to keep them busy. The only negative feedback I'd give is that it's only been a year, and the wood faded a ton in that time frame. It will need stained every year. We live in windy Wyoming, so I don't think a tarp would hold up well on it.

The quality of the swing set is excellent. I couldn't be happier. The only thing I had an issue with is that on several occasions the instructions were not really clear. This caused us to go back a few steps and take things apart and reassemble. But other than that, we were pleased with how pieces were labelled and how they fit together.

This swingset turned out really great. Instructions were a little unclear at times and the bolts had a residue on them so they had a hard time grabbing to the drill when screwing them in. Also, the slide is a bit floppy but everything else was great. Kids love it.

Overall we love our swing set! We had it installed by our handyman. It took 2 men about 2 whole days to put together Some of the wood split or cracked which needs to be sanded down, but I’m not sure if that’s a quality issue or an install issue. That being said, the swing set is extremely sturdy! We put a baby swing in the middle instead of the trapeze bar. We have had 3 kids (7,4,2) swinging at once and the swing set doesn’t move at all. Our cautious 2 year old is still nervous to climb the stairs but the stairs have a hand rail on both sides to make it easy to climb. The slide is wicked fast and a little anxiety producing, but it doesn’t seem to bother the kids at all. The monkey bars provide a good challenge and are a feature our kids will grow into. We are pleased so far and hope it last for many more years.

By far the best gift I have ever purchased for my grandkids. A little intimidating arriving by freight and the thought of assembly; however, with an awesome Uncle Jake and Gramps the assembly went smoothly. Highly recommend organizing all the pieces and hardware PRIOR to starting the assembly and FOLLOW the instruction booklet! Assembly did take a few days; but the grandkids remained excited during the process. Great purchase!

We bought this a year ago and our kids love it. There is lots to do, and it's fun for all of our kids. On the downside, the set came with many split and broken boards, and the wavy, multi-piece slide is not the greatest Also, one year later the stain is in obvious need of a fresh coat in areas, although we had planned on staining it yearly anyway. My husband assembled this himself, which took about 40 hours, so expect a lot of work! It is sturdy and strong, though. Overall, the kids and their friends love it, and we are satisfied.

I finished putting this together for the most part, and took another shot at the slide. The slide, in a word SUCKS. The design is so difficult to execute. It requires getting a long, difficult to bend piece of plastic into a groove along the slide wall. And then do the same thing again. I tried with like 3 other people at one point. I tried at least three times, and we couldn't do it. When we called the company they wanted $160 for a new, unassembled slide, and another $100 for shipping. We needed more pieces of wood because some were not included and some were cracked. It took nearly a week to get me the parts. By that point I had gotten pieces made at the local hardware store because I couldn't put assembly on hold that long. These totally turned me off to the company and I would recommend you do NOT do business with them. The set itself is great, and my kid loves it, but I certainly do not ever want to buy anything from them ever again.
