I purchased the product mid April for my daughter's birthday. Once the product arrived I began to open the box to inspect the swing set. At first glance I notice that one of the main swing beams and a support brace had been slightly damaged but wasn't worth me replacing it. After sorting out the pieces I realized that there was 9 pieces missing. These missing pieces prevented us from being able to assemble the product. After calling the company to have the pieces shipped they informed me it would be an additional 10 days before we received the missing pieces. In the mean time I had to keep the wood out of the weather to prevent any warping of the wood. Not exactly what I had in mind when purchasing the product. We finally have the swing/play set assembled; 21 days after placing the order. We felt that some pieces of wood did not seem very strong or durable as the previous wooden swing set we bought 8 yrs ago. When placing the wooden screws with an electric drill you will want to do this with some caution because the wood is easy to splinter. My husband and I will be shocked if the swing set holds up for 5 yrs.

I bought this playset a year ago and my kids enjoy it. My only complaints to date is the telescope on the lookout portion broke early on and even though I sealed the wood it is already drying out. All in all I think it's a good value for the price point.

I bought this for my kids about a year and a half ago. I love it so far. It was the best value for the money that I found. I wanted to get a slide, monkey bars and swings. I also did not want to have to stain the entire playset so this was perfect. It had all the features I wanted and was pre-stained and it is made of cedar so that was a bonus. It has held up very well. I did move and have to move this and partially disassemble it and put it back together. It held up well. My kids love it and play in it often. It was quite a job to set it up. I set it up myself working on it in the evenings and sometimes on the weekends and I bet it took me close to 2 weeks to assemble it all just working on it in my free time. I would recommend having a nice drill with a good batterypack or multiple battery packs and an impact driver for the lag screws. I was in the market for those tools at the time anyway and bought a pair of those with lithium ion battery packs and that helped a lot. I do not believe that I was missing any parts and did not have to order anything extra. I am just going to setup the sand box for my kids. I did add reinforcing particle board panels on the crows nest floor to make it more solid and give me peace of mind with my kids playing in it. I can stand in it and it holds me fine. I weigh about 160lbs so it should hold a few small children fine.

I bought Skyfort 2 about 2 months ago. Four huge boxes came on time. Nuts and bolts are excellent, lumber can be a little thicker. Otherwise, took me and my friend 4 to build it. It took one day to unpack and sort the lumber. For the price we got in Sams club this playset has lots of different features like monkey bars that you would not find on most playsets. If built right it is very strong and stands well on the ground. The fort is nice too. So far three kids used and abused it and it stands. I will not stain it the first year but will do it all other years. It is a good product for the price.

No issues with ordering, delivery or assembly. Color coding the bags and instructions would cut a lot of time off the installation. It took close to (3) 8hrs days to assemble. Recommend applying stain before assembly. After one season the factory stain was very faded and some spots were bare.

Instructions were excellent and assembly was time consuming but overall smooth and easy. The play set is awesome, the only part lacking is the swings. They are a bit too close together for safe swinging with 3 swings all in use. We try to leave the middle swing empty. Wish the swing beam was a little longer to spread them out further. The entire playset creaks when the swings are in use which is a little sketchy until you get used to it. Kids are 5 and 2.5 and are really loving the playset.

Put this together 2 weeks ago and my son will enjoy it for years to come. Upon opening the box, 2 things came to mind: wow, the wood smells good & OMG there’s so many parts. It’s took 2.5 people 2 full days to complete it, but it was so worth it. My neighbors came outside to say how pretty the play set looked. It’s so nice, has rest features and seems very durable. A word of advice when assembling is to layout and organize the parts by part number. That was extremely helpful.

For the most part we are very satisified with the timeliness of the delivery, the quality of the product and the assembly directions. What we were not happy with was some of the missing screws that we had to replace on our own. In one instance I was told at Lowe's that these are specialty screws, bolts, etc. made specifially for the play set so we had to improvise. That was a hassle.

Our product arrived on time and the assembly was scheduled a week later. We were asked if we wanted to be called if there were any cancellations. We agreed and were called the next day! Our delivery team was professional and FAST! Start to finish was 5hrs and my little ones were playing that very same evening. The kids love the fort and the different swings, but play with just about every part. I have a 4 and 6yr old. Overall this was a great experience for us.

We bought this for our two granddaughters ages (6 & 4). I searched a long time before purchasing this from Sam's. No one had a better price then Sam's and in fact, I saw other's selling this brand new for $200.00 to $300.00 more than Sam's price. I received free shipping as well. It took my husband 1 1/2 days to put it together by himself. We put their Stove/kitchen set on the 2nd level so they can feel like it is a true clubhouse. We put a mailbox out and flowers and they have been playing in to for hours on end. Even the other children on the block come over to play. It is tall enough that my husband can stand straight up (he is 6') in the clubhouse. My girls are very tall for their ages and I know will be able to play with this until they are at least 12. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a swing set/clubhouse for their children.
