Awful mattress very hard and gets hot with your body heat and gets hotter I have too sleep on it with fan on me and still get hot and husband says same thing

We have purchased two sams mattresses in the last 5 years, first one seems to last about 3 1/2 yrs, this one much worse after a year sagging and hurting back. Not enough support. Would not recommend at all due to the cost of early replacement

Went from a basic firm mattress to this super pillow top hybrid and it is wonderful. The hybrid conforms to the body and makes for a comfortable sleep. I wake up refreshed after sleeping through the night.

It was delivered ahead of estimated delivery date, unfortunately, I have not have an opportunity to use it yet due to issues with the bedroom set it was to be used with. From laying across it seems to be worth the price.

It is an ok mattress, tolerable. The one at the store is well worn and far softer than a new one. Very misleading and makes it hard to gauge what you will actually receive. Shipping and delivery was exceptionally s l o w !!!

We loved this bed... for the first month. Whatever cushion it had was gone by then. By 4 months, you could start to see indentations. By 6 months it looks worse than the 10 year old mattress we replaced. Don't waste your time or money

Bought this Serta for a guest room, so not used that often. Needed to sleep on it for a few weeks during a home remodeling project and horrified this new bed already sags in the middle.

This is the very best mattress I have ever owned. I have some serious back issues,and this beauty gives the right amount of firmness and softness. I really do sleep like a baby now and for two years. I'm a side sleeper,and an edger as well. Zzzzzzz

We have had this King mattress almost a year now and absulutley hate it. It started sagging on the sides early on and it does not have good support. We toss and turn all night.
