This Mattress is so comfortable and the price was great. The delivery was easy and smooth. Best purchase this year

The mattress is well made but the only down side is that the mattress is a little more firm that the sample I tried at the store. I am a side sleeper and this make me wake up a few times during night to change position.

Love the mattress. A large snafu with delivery trucking service first attempt. But, They got it right the second time and were in and out in 20 minutes. We love it.

Awful mattress very hard and gets hot with your body heat and gets hotter I have too sleep on it with fan on me and still get hot and husband says same thing

This mattress is terrible...it sinks in the middle and the left side...this is 2nd mattress...returned 1st one...it also singled in the middle...I am not happy with it...my back hurts every morning if I sleep in middle or left side.

After a few months I noticed a sag on my side. This hole causes me to roll into the same spot no matter what position I start in. I have tried rotation nothing works! I should have written this review much sooner to save you all some grief!!!!

I bought this 2 weeks ago. So excited. But both my husband and I are sweating, even with the ceiling fan on! Holds heat even though it says "cool gel". I toss and turn worse now then what I use to sleeping on our old mattress.

Lacks the depth and comfort of an acceptable piece of furniture. So many other comfortable mattresses at other locations. Do not fall for this unfortunate excuse for a mattress. It's service will be no good to you.

This mattress, as others have said, is MUCH softer in the store. I got this and could only stand it for about 1 hour before I slept on the couch. I am going to try to return it :(

Going to have to call serta and see how well their warranty is, mattress bought November 2019, not 2 yrs old, already sagging in middle and on 1 side.. Not Happy with issues this soon...
