Way too firm. Doesn't feel like a pillow top at all. Wake up throughout the night with sore pressure points. Not at all like the sample in the store.

Great mattress and a great night sleep!!!

After four weeks the mattress failed to hold its shape where I lay while sleeping. After the mattress lost its shape, I found myself sleeping in a low place in the mattress so not comfortable. I contacted Sam's and was told to contact Serta. After contacting Serta, I was contacted by the delivery service who is now scheduled to pick up the mattress given I chose to return it.

We purchased this bed a little over a month ago, as having had multiple back surgeries.  I needed an extremely firm but comfortable bed.  It provides the support I must have to be able to function during the day.  When one of us gets out of the bed it doesn't have any movement at all which is awesome because no one likes to be waking up when someone else gets out of bed or tosses and turns.  Set up and delivery is White glove service. I highly recommend just bed for people that have had back surgeries.
