We purchased this a few days ago. After three restless nights and aching hips, we have decided it is time to return it. Firm means really firm.

First, I wanted to love this bed but it's too firm and makes my back and side hurt. I wished I could return it.

Bought this to replace a mattress that was sagging. Seems to be very comfortable, hope that it holds up and last longer than the old one.

A perfect combination of inner springs and foam. What a great sleeping mattress. We will see how she holds up over time, however.

the greenwood king mattress is firm and comfortable, so far my back feel much better when i wake the next morning.
