I bought this matress a little less than a month ago. Prior to our new mattress I woke up with stuff and sore back. Now that we have replaced with the Glenmore....I wake up with no back pain and feeling well rested. I was skeptical about ordering without trying but bc of the price and return policy took a chance. No regrets! We love our new mattress! Not too soft or too firm. I don't feel my husband get out of bed. Love the gel foam pad underneath the pillow top. Great purchase!!!!!

We have had a tempurpedic for the past 10 years and it was time for a new mattress. Tempurpedic was out of the budget this time around so we tested a few other kinds before settling on this. It's soft like a tempurpedic but without the cost. It's quite comfortable. I had been having shoulder and back pain from the old mattress and it's pretty much gone now. I'd recommend getting the low profile boxsprings however because with the regular boxspring I can't get into the bed, it's too high.

After doing some serious research, I kept coming back to this Serta hybrid. It's a true medium bed. The 1099 pocketed coils make all the difference in the world. The hybrid cooling gel foam is fabulous and really does keep me cool at night. You feel the softness of the top pillow layer but then the pocketed coils add the structure underneath. The foam encasement that wraps all the way around stops the mattress from sagging if you sit on the edge of the bed like I do. Sam's club pricing cannot be beat and it's actually built for Sam's so it has more pocketed coils than most bedding stores. Delivery was easy and excellent for my area. Great delivery guys that came during rain and snow but kept their feet clean. Delivery was on a Saturday between 9am-1:30pm and they called ahead and were on time! I also love that this Serta mattress was made in the USA, in Ohio. Don't hesitate to purchase this at all! I waited 45 days of sleeping on this mattress before posting a review.

I bought this mattress to replace an 8 year old Serta (from Sam's) that was very worn out and killing my back. We had a 3" foam topper on it as well. The new mattress was delivered by Sam's white glove delivery service and installed on (2) new half-height box springs. The new bed was very comfortable and firm and I noticed I didn't wake up with the lower back pain like before. It was noticably more firm than our old bed (with 3" topper, obviously) but quite comfortable to me. Not so much to my wife who enjoyed the soft/plush feel of the topper, so we put it back on. I have to admit it's more comfortable now, but I still get the firm support for my lower back. In conclusion, it's a good firm yet comfortable mattress at a very good price...and delivered for free and old matress hauled off. I would recommeend at this point (been sleeping for almost a month now) but buyers should take note it says it's a firm mettress and just because it has the hybrid design, you may still need a little toppper if you want cushy softness.

I am 220 pounds and ruined the Casper bed in about 2 months. It is just advertising! Anyway, I bought 2 twins of this mattress and a bridge (instead of a king size I couldn't fit up my stairs). I LOVE THIS BED. I have slept like a baby every night and can't wait to get to sleep. I think about this bed while I eat dinner, just waiting to get back to it... Ok maybe not, lol but very comfortable yet firm, I have a chronic pain disorder and I wake up feeling refreshed. Money well spent.

I was concerned that firm meant hard, that was not the case. Firm resulted in thicker springs but not at the expense of comfort. Since getting this bed we've experienced the most restful sleep we can remember. Not more waking to arm that fell asleep because of pressure on a nerve.

I brought this mattress less than thirty days ago for my spouse birthday. Our mattres was about ten years old and she was complaining about it. It was not in my plan to change it, but I could not pass the bargain price for this mattress. I scheduled the delivery date when I know she will be at work. The delivery was right on time and these guys did an outstanding job. After the delivery men left, I fixed the bed exactly the way my spouse had left it before she went to work. When she got home that evening, I couldn't wait for her to go to bed. When she finally went to bed, it took her no more than two minutes to notice the difference. She was all thrilled and slept like an angel. Cons: The mattress is more firm than I expected for a Pillowtop.

We purchased it about a month ago as my back had been hurting for a few months. Our previous mattress was sagging and we should have realized what the culprit was! The first night on our much thicker much harder new mattress set I slept throughout the night flat on my back. My husband slept well too although complained that his hips and shoulders hurt as he usually sleeps on his side. The next few weeks I thought that we had made a costly mistake as most nights I found the mattress too hard and couldn't seem to get comfortable. I always liked mattresses that were hard but this one was HARD! ( My late father would have loved this one!) After almost a month, I am now happy. What I don't like is how thick the set is! Even though I thought that I had measured the thickness of the entire set as noted on the website, it still seems thicker/higher than we expected. So far the mattress does not sag , but previous reviews do concern me. I hope that our mattress doesn't sag as some previous reviewers had stated; if it does eventually sag within the year I will try to review again.

After reading lots of reviews on several different mattresses, I decided to go with this one. I liked it at first, but now, after a little over a month, it is caved in where we sleep and I'm not an overweight person. If it's like this now, I'm scared to see how bad it gets. I'm very disappointed in the quality after such a short time. I would also not consider this a pillow top as it's quite firm. I think I may return it if I can figure out how to get it back to the store. I'm happy it's great for others, but just didn't work out for me unfortunately. I did give it 2 stars because the white glove delivery was great.

Being a pillowtop mattress, you would think it would have a soft top. After sleeping on this bed for 1 night, we had to add a form topper to be able to sleep on it. I wanted to return the mattress but my husband said we would get a thicker topper. After spending so much money on a mattress, I am disappointed that it was so hard and uncomfortable.
