We have had a tempurpedic for the past 10 years and it was time for a new mattress. Tempurpedic was out of the budget this time around so we tested a few other kinds before settling on this. It's soft like a tempurpedic but without the cost. It's quite comfortable. I had been having shoulder and back pain from the old mattress and it's pretty much gone now. I'd recommend getting the low profile boxsprings however because with the regular boxspring I can't get into the bed, it's too high.

I really like this mattress. I had a 4 inch memory foam topper that I bought last year and since I spent a lot of money on that, I didn't want to give it away so I put it on top of this mattress. I'm not sure if it needed it but I didn't want to get rid of it since it was still new. Now the mattress has a soft and firm feel to it. I like how sturdy it is, when I sit on the end of it, the whole mattress does not sag down. I sleep with my two dogs and movement is very minimal when they are moving around on the mattress. I hope this mattress lasts me a long time because I really like it and it's comfortable. It feels like it is a quality mattress when you sit or lay on it.

I was concerned that firm meant hard, that was not the case. Firm resulted in thicker springs but not at the expense of comfort. Since getting this bed we've experienced the most restful sleep we can remember. Not more waking to arm that fell asleep because of pressure on a nerve.

The bed is great. It took me a few nights to adjust to the firmness after my old mattress was a little lacking in that department. Please note that sams club does NOT haul away your old mattress even though they say they do, and even asked me on the phone when they schedule the pick up.

A bit firm but still very comfortable. No more waking with pain on the side I sleep on. A good mattress for under $1k. My husband is large and I'm petite and we both find it comfortable (we're both back & side sleepers). We thought the ‘pillow top' we give more so we bounced on the bed with a dull thud but it also does not transfer movement and bounce around when one of us or our pups gets out of bed leading to a more restful night's sleep.

THIS MATTRESS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE PLUSH. IT WAS LIKE LAYING ON A SLAB OF CONCRETE AND WAS BARELY LONG ENOUGH TO LAY ON. I AM SHORT 5' 8" AND THE MATTRESS HAD ABOUT 2 INCHES LEFT WHEN I LAYED ON IT. REALLY A BAD MATTRESS ALL TOGETHER. I WOULD SAY THE MATTRESS WAS EXTRA FIRM AND REALLY HURT MY LEGS, BACK, ARMS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THE SHIPPING OF THE MATTRESS WAS ALMOST 6 WEEKS AFTER THE MATTRESS WAS AT THE TRUCKING COMPANY. I TRIED SLEEPING ON THE MATTRESS OVER A WEEK BEFORE I CALLED TO RETURN IT. I NEVER HAD A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP. MY BODY WAS IN PAIN EACH MORNING AFTER SLEEPING ON THIS MATTRESS.

The pillowtop is a nice mattress for the cost. The one i tried in the store was MUCH softer. This matresses is way firmer than i expected., unlike a traditional matress there is no bounce in this mayress.The memoryfoam is nice and leaves me ache free in the morning, my old matress.did not. It is not bad for the money but i would try something softer next time.

Got mattress delivered on 09/04/2021, after returning a Serta Ashbrook Plush. I bought this mattress online after talking to a Sam's representative, this one was recommended to alleviate my pressure point pains in my hips and shoulders (side sleeper). Mattress has helped with the pain about 60-70%, but this mattress is doing the same thing as the one I returned, it is sinking in the middle part that holds my waist and lower back. Coils, springs or memory foam are not returning to their original shape, the hole in the middle of the mattress is noticeable and it does not look good. It has only been about a month of use and it does not look good. I had a Serta SleeptoGo 12 inch gel memory foam mattress, prior to this one, the SleeptoGo is a good mattress, just a bit to firm for my pressure points on hips and shoulders, that's why I went for a Serta mattress but seriously I would not recommend buying this mattress.....sorry Serta People.

After reading lots of reviews on several different mattresses, I decided to go with this one. I liked it at first, but now, after a little over a month, it is caved in where we sleep and I'm not an overweight person. If it's like this now, I'm scared to see how bad it gets. I'm very disappointed in the quality after such a short time. I would also not consider this a pillow top as it's quite firm. I think I may return it if I can figure out how to get it back to the store. I'm happy it's great for others, but just didn't work out for me unfortunately. I did give it 2 stars because the white glove delivery was great.

After four weeks the mattress failed to hold its shape where I lay while sleeping. After the mattress lost its shape, I found myself sleeping in a low place in the mattress so not comfortable. I contacted Sam's and was told to contact Serta. After contacting Serta, I was contacted by the delivery service who is now scheduled to pick up the mattress given I chose to return it.
