Bought this a month ago. Very happy with my purchase. Mattress is firm, but very comfortable. My favorite part of this mattress is that it stays very still if you have a spouse that moves around a lot at night. Helps you get more uninterrupted sleep.

I bought this matress a little less than a month ago. Prior to our new mattress I woke up with stuff and sore back. Now that we have replaced with the Glenmore....I wake up with no back pain and feeling well rested. I was skeptical about ordering without trying but bc of the price and return policy took a chance. No regrets! We love our new mattress! Not too soft or too firm. I don't feel my husband get out of bed. Love the gel foam pad underneath the pillow top. Great purchase!!!!!

The bed is great. It took me a few nights to adjust to the firmness after my old mattress was a little lacking in that department. Please note that sams club does NOT haul away your old mattress even though they say they do, and even asked me on the phone when they schedule the pick up.

We purchased it about a month ago as my back had been hurting for a few months. Our previous mattress was sagging and we should have realized what the culprit was! The first night on our much thicker much harder new mattress set I slept throughout the night flat on my back. My husband slept well too although complained that his hips and shoulders hurt as he usually sleeps on his side. The next few weeks I thought that we had made a costly mistake as most nights I found the mattress too hard and couldn't seem to get comfortable. I always liked mattresses that were hard but this one was HARD! ( My late father would have loved this one!) After almost a month, I am now happy. What I don't like is how thick the set is! Even though I thought that I had measured the thickness of the entire set as noted on the website, it still seems thicker/higher than we expected. So far the mattress does not sag , but previous reviews do concern me. I hope that our mattress doesn't sag as some previous reviewers had stated; if it does eventually sag within the year I will try to review again.

I brought this mattress less than thirty days ago for my spouse birthday. Our mattres was about ten years old and she was complaining about it. It was not in my plan to change it, but I could not pass the bargain price for this mattress. I scheduled the delivery date when I know she will be at work. The delivery was right on time and these guys did an outstanding job. After the delivery men left, I fixed the bed exactly the way my spouse had left it before she went to work. When she got home that evening, I couldn't wait for her to go to bed. When she finally went to bed, it took her no more than two minutes to notice the difference. She was all thrilled and slept like an angel. Cons: The mattress is more firm than I expected for a Pillowtop.

THIS MATTRESS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE PLUSH. IT WAS LIKE LAYING ON A SLAB OF CONCRETE AND WAS BARELY LONG ENOUGH TO LAY ON. I AM SHORT 5' 8" AND THE MATTRESS HAD ABOUT 2 INCHES LEFT WHEN I LAYED ON IT. REALLY A BAD MATTRESS ALL TOGETHER. I WOULD SAY THE MATTRESS WAS EXTRA FIRM AND REALLY HURT MY LEGS, BACK, ARMS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. THE SHIPPING OF THE MATTRESS WAS ALMOST 6 WEEKS AFTER THE MATTRESS WAS AT THE TRUCKING COMPANY. I TRIED SLEEPING ON THE MATTRESS OVER A WEEK BEFORE I CALLED TO RETURN IT. I NEVER HAD A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP. MY BODY WAS IN PAIN EACH MORNING AFTER SLEEPING ON THIS MATTRESS.

I bought this set almost a month ago but starting using it this week due to a delay on my bedroom remodel. I like the mattress but it is way to firm! I feel is not the same I tested at the club. I'm giving my body a few more days to adjust out but if I keep waking up with a hip or back pain I will regretfully returned it. The quality is excellent, but I can't afford to be waking up with a sore body every day. I would recommend to anyone that likes a very firm mattress.

Got mattress delivered on 09/04/2021, after returning a Serta Ashbrook Plush. I bought this mattress online after talking to a Sam's representative, this one was recommended to alleviate my pressure point pains in my hips and shoulders (side sleeper). Mattress has helped with the pain about 60-70%, but this mattress is doing the same thing as the one I returned, it is sinking in the middle part that holds my waist and lower back. Coils, springs or memory foam are not returning to their original shape, the hole in the middle of the mattress is noticeable and it does not look good. It has only been about a month of use and it does not look good. I had a Serta SleeptoGo 12 inch gel memory foam mattress, prior to this one, the SleeptoGo is a good mattress, just a bit to firm for my pressure points on hips and shoulders, that's why I went for a Serta mattress but seriously I would not recommend buying this mattress.....sorry Serta People.

I felt as though the phrase "Super pillowtop" was really misleading. We bought this bed expecting to get a soft bed. Instead we got a rock. Super disappointed. Will not shop for a bed online again. I do not recommend this bed unless you are use to sleeping on something hard.

After four weeks the mattress failed to hold its shape where I lay while sleeping. After the mattress lost its shape, I found myself sleeping in a low place in the mattress so not comfortable. I contacted Sam's and was told to contact Serta. After contacting Serta, I was contacted by the delivery service who is now scheduled to pick up the mattress given I chose to return it.
