My husband & I purchased about a month ago from Sams. We had slept on a Serta on vacation a few weeks earlier and loved it. Unfortunately it was a discontinued model. I called Serta & this was recommended as most comparable mattress. It isn't exactly like the one we slept on but definitely very similar. We would definitely purchase again! If you like a good firm yet plush matress with some give—firm but not hard—I think you would like this matress.

I really like this mattress. I had a 4 inch memory foam topper that I bought last year and since I spent a lot of money on that, I didn't want to give it away so I put it on top of this mattress. I'm not sure if it needed it but I didn't want to get rid of it since it was still new. Now the mattress has a soft and firm feel to it. I like how sturdy it is, when I sit on the end of it, the whole mattress does not sag down. I sleep with my two dogs and movement is very minimal when they are moving around on the mattress. I hope this mattress lasts me a long time because I really like it and it's comfortable. It feels like it is a quality mattress when you sit or lay on it.

After doing some serious research, I kept coming back to this Serta hybrid. It's a true medium bed. The 1099 pocketed coils make all the difference in the world. The hybrid cooling gel foam is fabulous and really does keep me cool at night. You feel the softness of the top pillow layer but then the pocketed coils add the structure underneath. The foam encasement that wraps all the way around stops the mattress from sagging if you sit on the edge of the bed like I do. Sam's club pricing cannot be beat and it's actually built for Sam's so it has more pocketed coils than most bedding stores. Delivery was easy and excellent for my area. Great delivery guys that came during rain and snow but kept their feet clean. Delivery was on a Saturday between 9am-1:30pm and they called ahead and were on time! I also love that this Serta mattress was made in the USA, in Ohio. Don't hesitate to purchase this at all! I waited 45 days of sleeping on this mattress before posting a review.

I have found that there is one piece of information not given.The weight of the person is important I am 270 my wife is 125 she is just fine .My side is sinking after 4 weeks

disappointing. i like firm needs which this one is, but within two weeks it started to deform. shipping and delivery was extremely bad service. XPO has horrible system and service.

Mattress is perfect! The first one I ordered was too firm and hurt every bone that stuck out of me but this one conforms to your body! Now all I need is my refund on the mattress I returned!

I boght this mattress set about 4 weeks ago and not as satisfied as I had hope to be. They are a little harder than I expected and with my husband having had hip replacement surgery, he can't really seem to get comfortable during the night.

The mattress seemed hard the first few days until my body got used to it. The delivery as amazing, and the set up was great!! Excellent service and purchase all around.

We have had our mattress for less then a month and there are already holes/ dips where we sleep!! Also very firm. Yes I know I purchased a firm mattress but it is VERY firm. Not happy and will be returning

This is the second set we purchased from Sam's. This is in our guest room and we are told it is great. We already know that because it is what we sleep on each night in our room.
