Purchased this medium king size Serta mattress and it's more on the firm side this bed is super uncomfortable and my back has been hurting me ever since I've been sleeping on this bed ...I regret buying this bed.

Great mattress! Very comfortable and we were very satisfied. Service was flawless. Wouldn't hesitate to order online again. We did visit a SAMS and tested the mattresses on display before ordering.

If you love a super firm mattress, this is for you. The pillow-top itself doesn't give at all. We kept it thinking that it would "soften up" in time but it hasn't at all.

The mattress is comfortable, but after only 7 days you can see depressions on both sides of the mattress where my wife and I sleep. We are not big people, so this mattress is being returned to Sam's Club and we will choose another brand.

I boght this mattress set about 4 weeks ago and not as satisfied as I had hope to be. They are a little harder than I expected and with my husband having had hip replacement surgery, he can't really seem to get comfortable during the night.

For us, this bed was terrible. We bought the mattress with box spring. It felt like we were sleeping on an old worn out bed...there was no support, as if we were sleeping on a hammock.
