I was fed up with spending thousands of dollars on uncomfortable mattresses so decided to try this one. Super comfortable! On the firm side but doesn't hurt my body in the least.

We were told this was a medium feeling mattress when is is a really firm mattress! It's great for back sleepers (in my opinion) but we were told this was for for side sleeping. Our backs hurt all the way down to our knees. It is a really really firm mattress

We love the mattress…good firm support but not hard so no morning aches from pressure points…WHITE GLOVE SERVICE NON EXISTENT…I barely convinced them to bring mattress in the house. The promise was to set up and remove old mattress was NOT in any way going to happen. Only one of 3 guys had mask but of course they were not planning to come in the house.

We are very disappointed with this mattress. It's not even 2 weeks old and there is already depressions where we sleep from shoulders to torso. We purchased a Serta because we had been so satisfied with our former one that was a double-sided pillow top (which is not sold any longer). The padding in the pillow top is no where near the puffiness (height) of our former one and not as many tufts, like the picture displays in the tufting. We both weigh 180lbs each. I would not recommend to a friend.

The bed is comfortable its a bit high but seems to work well with the adjustable bed, I wish that Sam's Club would have samples that you can actually lay on to try the bed. They were vertical on the wall. We are going to give this bed a bit more time. It is a comfortable bed with nice sturdy edges which I like. It's still on the firm side and takes a bit to conform to the adjustable base.

I purchase this Three weeks ago. I love this mattress it has just the right amount of support and firmness. When I get up my back no longer hurts. It is so comfortable I hate to get out of my dream bed. It was delivered on time and I was updated at different stages of delivery. I am so happy with it would buy again.

We purchased two of the King sets.... both with 9" box springs. We love the mattresses. The box springs were too high for my bed ((we aren't using the 9" box springs - waste), but good for our daughter's bed. We sent a message to you to inquire if we could exchange the 9" inch box springs for the lower, 5" box spring, but have had no response. Should have bought this bed without the box springs, which apparently are not needed much these days with the platforms.

sams club and delivery was excellent, but the mattress is very firm, had pillow top before but this one is VERY firm.

We think it's a perfect mix of supportive yet soft After sleeping on one for a week, we ordered a second one for another room at our house

Love this mattress! We did the research and tested a few before selecting, and couldn't be more pleased with this choice!
