I wasn't expecting the bed to be quite so firm, but it actually is very comfortable & I get a great night's sleep

I both this week about 2 weeks ago, I'm in heaven. It's so soft and comfortable and its adjusts to the body. Love it!

This Mattress is really Firm, On a scale of 1-10 1=rock, 10=sleeping on a cloud. I rate this mattress a 5 like sleeping on the floor

Within 2 weeks there were permanent valleys where we slept. The mattress top is obviously not flat anymore, We are returning it

I just got this yesterday, but it's great. The delivery service was on time and courteous, and the bed is a dream.

One section has a dip in it after the first week. Not sure if it's because we had the delivery guys stand the mattress up. But just didn't have the energy to call and complain. It's alot of work to get the mattress in the house.

I purchased this mattress because the Beauty Rest I had was sagging. This mattress was delivered July 9 and it is sagging worse than my old mattress.

Sleeping well with our new mattress. This is firm and that took a few days to get used to. My wife loved it immediately. Unless you know you like firm mattresses, I suggest you go to Sams Club and try one first.

Had to exchange this mattress in place of a fimer mattress that was very uncomfortable. This mattress is very comfortable. Glad I decided to purchase the mattress.

This is a first for us to purchase a mattress on line. But it has been a great experience, the price was great, the white glove delivery was fabulous! We love how we feel in the morning after a great night's sleep! Yay!
