This bed is very comfortable for the first few months. But the support in the bed gave out and now the bed has no support. You can see where we have been sleeping as the mattress has dips in it. I wouldn't suggest buying this if you want your mattress to last longer than six months

Bought this mattress to replace a disappointing $2500 memory foam mattress after just over 5 years. Got the king on sale for $499 at our Sam's Club. It feels firm but is not uncomfortable with the addition of the pillow top. I had been waking up with painful hips for so long, that it was a blessing to be free of this pain after the first night on this mattress. I felt I was actually level for once instead of my hips sinking in too low, which left my neck at a weird angle. Very pleased with the purchase. Will eventually save up for an even better hybrid in a couple of years, as this was just supposed to be a “in the meantime” mattress. Who knows, we may wait even longer now. I do suggest going with the low profile box springs. We put this mattress on our standard 9” boxes and it is so ridiculously high, that we immediately ordered 5” box springs. I'm only 5'2” and don't like having to leap into bed. Our previous mattress was 13” and the description stated this mattress was 14”, but I'd say it's even taller. I'm 47 years old and my husband is 44. We definitely needed this firmer support, but it may feel too firm for some people. I do believe it will loosen up a bit over time as the tester mattress at Sam's was not as firm. Works great for us though as we are back and side sleepers. Great mattress and the low price is just icing on the cake.

Bought two of these for our adjustable King base. We were excited when they arrived after waiting a long time. Once we took the plastic off you can see the poor stitching on the mattress, fabric not properly tucked in before being stitched, and the stitching around the side of the mattress was unraveling causing the sides to bulk out. DO NOT BUY.

The mattress felt really nice, a little firm to start then it softened up after I guess a couple of months. At about a year my husband and I were both complaining that we were sleeping in like a valley or gutter. The sides were up higher. We went to Sams and told them the issue and ended up getting a full refund. So for the quality it isn't that great since it sank in too soon, but the warranty was good.

We had this mattress now for a year and half so it's been some time. This mattress is the same as the day we bought it, some people mention sink holes, luckily we don't have that issue. We got rid of a very soft mattress that hurt my back for a while. This matters took away my back pain and I absolutely love it. It is medium on firmness I would say. I cannot handle very firm mattresses and of course too soft is also a back killer. This mattress is def in between and it's super comfy. We are very happy be bought it. Great price too!

I really liked the feel of the model bed people try on at the store which led me and my husband to buy this mattress. We used to have a foam mattress but we always woke up sore and feeling stiff. The very first night we used this new bed, we actually felt we slept so much better. It felt very comfortable and relaxing. I used to feel very sore and tired when I wake up on our old bed because of my herniated disks that sends vibrating pain to my shoulders and arms. Now I sleep easier with this bed. I hope it lasts long to keep me asleep better.

We purchased this because it looked to be a pillow top & thought it would be a comfy mattress at much cheaper price than others. Included delivery, set up & haul away. 1. They delivered 2 days before my scheduled day with my high schooler being only one home. Left if in garage & didn't haul away new one. I had to call shipping company about that. Also called Sam's and they assured me they would call me the next day with resolution. I asked for some of the money off price or membership for hassle since it was obviously not a white glove delivery & I had to carry up to bedroom & carry other one out. They never did call back. I have called 3x & still no response. I started the return process because I have yet to sleep a full night on this bed. Its extremely hard, not pillow top & uncomfortable. I ordered a new one through a different company this weekend. Its definitely a plush one & more expensive but I'm looking forward to a good night sleep. It comes today! Same week delivery for them!

I could swear this was the same mattress I purchased previously, however this one sagged in the middle within the first month. I've only had it 5-6 months & definitely regret buying this mattress. I have NOT had a good night's sleep on this. I wish I could return it and find something different.

I bought it thinking it was going to be a great purchase. I am completely dissatisfy. It is very uncomfortable. I bought a calking size and have no way of return in it because it is so big. Otherwise I would have already return it. I guess I am stuck with it. But definitely not a good buy.

Well it was time to get a new mattress and going with the Glenmoor luxury hybrid was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Lots of support, firm yet still very incredibly comfortable. I absolutely love Serta mattresses. I'm sad to see my Serta Perfect Sleeper Knollcrest Super Plush Pillow Top leave but it was time. Here's to another 7 years with Serta, cheers!
