We purchased this because it looked to be a pillow top & thought it would be a comfy mattress at much cheaper price than others. Included delivery, set up & haul away. 1. They delivered 2 days before my scheduled day with my high schooler being only one home. Left if in garage & didn't haul away new one. I had to call shipping company about that. Also called Sam's and they assured me they would call me the next day with resolution. I asked for some of the money off price or membership for hassle since it was obviously not a white glove delivery & I had to carry up to bedroom & carry other one out. They never did call back. I have called 3x & still no response. I started the return process because I have yet to sleep a full night on this bed. Its extremely hard, not pillow top & uncomfortable. I ordered a new one through a different company this weekend. Its definitely a plush one & more expensive but I'm looking forward to a good night sleep. It comes today! Same week delivery for them!

Purchased mattress set 10 months ago and, although neither my husband and I are overweight, there is now a depression on both sides of the mattress. This is very uncomfortable, and feels as though there is a slight hill when you roll from one position to another. I've never had backaches before, but have had them off and on every time I sleep on my mattress.

I am extremely unhappy with the bed. It is too firm!! I could not sleep through the night. My leg, back and shoulder hurt. I tried the mattress at Sam's club and it seemed soft enough but I did not factor that the sample bed has been tried many times. Major disappointment!

I've been sleeping on this for about 2 weeks now and this is honestly the best mattress I've ever owned! It is comfortable. I was really concerned since I bought this without even testing it, but I couldn't pass up the deal sam's was having. (Got this for $600) A lot of the reviews said it's like sleeping on the floor and too firm.. I honestly don't know what they are talking about. The mattress is pretty firm, but I have noticed it's gotten softer in the past 2 weeks of "breaking it in". As for being like sleeping on a floor... well I've never laid on a floor that perfectly conforms to and supports your body. I have also noticed I don't get as many night sweats as I did previously. All in all, this mattress is amazing and I would 100% purchase again.

I really liked the feel of the model bed people try on at the store which led me and my husband to buy this mattress. We used to have a foam mattress but we always woke up sore and feeling stiff. The very first night we used this new bed, we actually felt we slept so much better. It felt very comfortable and relaxing. I used to feel very sore and tired when I wake up on our old bed because of my herniated disks that sends vibrating pain to my shoulders and arms. Now I sleep easier with this bed. I hope it lasts long to keep me asleep better.

I have tried to give this mattress the benefit of doubt and at this point the only thing I'm sure of is that this mattress is NOT for me! I wake up in so much pain from lack of support, my body print is still there when I get up .The old mattress was more comfortable. .A complete disappointment!!!

There had to be a batch of these mattresses with serious design flaws sold through Sam's Club! I purchased this for my son and it formed a crater in the middle almost immediately! 8 months later, there is no padding left in the middle area. I have purchased Serta mattresses in the past and have never had this problem. These .mattresses should be recalled. Too many people who purchased this model in the last year have all had the same complaints! That isn't a coincidence! I wish I had read the reviews before buying this mattress!!!

I brought this king mattress back in January 2022 and after 3 months there is a noticeable dent where we sleep. It makes it uncomfortable to sleep and we toss and turn at night. It was comfortable at the beginning but then sagged pretty quick. The original Glenmoor (1.0?) held up much better with no sagging after 3 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Glenmoor mattress is Ahhhhhhhhhh-mazing!!! I am finally getting a full night's sleep after years of so-so comfort. My husband and I were previously sleeping on a King size mattress from a big box store. I must say I was hesitant at first because he tosses and turns all night (my teddy bear hubby is twice my size) I used to get jostled every time he moved. Made for a very restless night. Since switching to the Glenmoor I havent been jolted at All! He still moves around all night, but it doesn't transfer to my side. Such a more relaxing experience! I used to always wake up with soreness on my sides every morning. I thought it was for a number of reasons, but never imagined it was my bed. Obviously it was the mattress we used to sleep on. I wake up feeling refreshed and haven't woken up sore on my sides or lower back in weeks. I feel like a new person now. The mattress is firm enough to offer a ton of support, but the pillow top makes it feel very plush. And there is no dip or difference in in support or height from my side to my husband's. Despite our size difference the mattress is even with no wear compression. It also gets hot here at night. Being on the second floor adds to the stuffiness. The cooling gel memory foam pillow top has helped with that tremendously. No more waking up hot and sticky. Just enough cooling to regulate temperature without being too cool. We absolutely love this mattress and are considering purchasing one for our guest room and also our teenage son who needs a larger bed.

I have used this mattress for about 15 days, its is pretty comfortable as I love the pillow top. The only draw back and for the 1 star is because it cause my body to be so heated. I originally thought it was just me but my husband and my daughter feels the same. We were not able to sleep at all since it was so hot at night time. I am sweating and turning all night long. This is being sent back.
