The bed is a good combination of support and pillow top. I like soft, my wife likes firm. It seems to be right in the middle. Pillow to conform; Firm underneath to support. The only Con for us was that the gel cooling is not as effective as we had hoped. Maybe it's the higher humidity in Fort Lauderdale, FL. However, overall, a good value from Sam's club.

We purchased two of these mattresses, one for the master room (King) and one for our daughter's room (Queen). We found the mattress to be very firm, but decided to give it some time. Within 3 months the mattress in the King size had our body indentation on it. We decided to order mattress toppers for both to see if we could just make it work and not have to deal with returns/warranty, unfortunately, it did not help. These mattress are now only 7 months old and it is unbearable to sleep in between how firm it is and the indentations. I am now trying to deal with Sam's to return the King size one, according to the call center I have to deal directly with the store because that is were I purchased it, but customer service doesn't answer (28 minutes on hold... so far). The Queen size barely gets used since my daughter is away at college, but I am worry it will end up the same.

Still loving my Glenmoor queen size mattress. We have owned it for almost 2 years. Very impressed with the material, and comfort. You would think its still brand new. The comfort is the same as we first got it, hasnt broke down or sagged. Would highly recommend this mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First this mattress is pretty..,I know that sounds strange to describe a mattress, but it is really nicely made. It is THICK! We now joke that we have a princess in the pea bed, I love it. As for comfort it has everything you would want in a mattress. The pillow top has the nice softness and the. It is firm under that. It's a perfect blend for my husband and I. I do prefer a softer mattress, but overall this is a great combo for us. We don't feel each other moving on the mattress which is nice. It also stays cool I like that. Overall I really like this mattress I hope it holds up,as well over many more nights.

Super comfortable

We bought this the end of September 2018. Within the first six months we noticed sagging where we both slept on a regular basis. It's terrible now it's been about 18 months and neither of us sleep through the night because it's so uncomfortable. I had my last serta for 10 years and unfortunately we had a house fire and it was very smoke damage so I had to let it go. So frustrated with this.

I AM A THICK WOMAN AND MY HUSBAND IS A BIG GUY AS WELL, I AM A SIDE-STOMACH SLEEPER. I WAS HAVING SOME BACK PAIN AND THE MATTRESSES I HAD WERE PILLOW TOP AND SUNKN IN OF COURSE AFTER HAVING FOR 9 YEARS!!! WELL I WENT WITH THIS SET THINKING I NEEDED MORE OF A FIRM BED TO HELP WITH MY BACK PAIN WELL THE FIRMNESS DID NOT HELP WITH THAT AT ALL BUT.....THIS SET IS STILL FIRM FIRM FIRM!!! THIS MATTRESS SET HAS DEFINITELY HELD UP!!!!

This my 1st hybrid mattress purchase so I was worried about providing good support. My husband and I are mainly side sleepers and are of the hefty side in body types so we chose a Serta Hybrid mattress that best fits our sleeping needs. So far so good......

The wife and I have both developed horrible lower back pain from sleeping in this mattress. The pillow top has always sagged from one side and is short on the other. The mattress developed a dip in the middle within a few months and has been a torture to sleep on. I slept on a $300 memory foam style mattress placed on the floor at a family members house and that was a thousand times better than sleeping on this thing. Do yourself a favor and buy a different mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Glenmoor is an amazing hybrid mattress. Just the right amount of support and still soft enough to be comfy. I suffer from scoliosis and no longer wake up with my back hurting. I don't feel my husband move or get out of bed in the middle of the night, which is so nice because I'm not woken up as much anymore. This mattress also has great temperature control as well. I used to get so hot with our old mattress. Now we are both cooler and much more comfortable at night. We would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone!
