[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this mattress for over a month and it has changed my life. My back and neck no longer ache when I get up. The mattress is firm but comfortable and has a plush pillow top with cooling technology that works well. It provides enough support where you don't feel your spouse moving around. This has been the best mattress I have slept on. I am very happy with choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Glenmoor mattress is Ahhhhhhhhhh-mazing!!! I am finally getting a full night's sleep after years of so-so comfort. My husband and I were previously sleeping on a King size mattress from a big box store. I must say I was hesitant at first because he tosses and turns all night (my teddy bear hubby is twice my size) I used to get jostled every time he moved. Made for a very restless night. Since switching to the Glenmoor I havent been jolted at All! He still moves around all night, but it doesn't transfer to my side. Such a more relaxing experience! I used to always wake up with soreness on my sides every morning. I thought it was for a number of reasons, but never imagined it was my bed. Obviously it was the mattress we used to sleep on. I wake up feeling refreshed and haven't woken up sore on my sides or lower back in weeks. I feel like a new person now. The mattress is firm enough to offer a ton of support, but the pillow top makes it feel very plush. And there is no dip or difference in in support or height from my side to my husband's. Despite our size difference the mattress is even with no wear compression. It also gets hot here at night. Being on the second floor adds to the stuffiness. The cooling gel memory foam pillow top has helped with that tremendously. No more waking up hot and sticky. Just enough cooling to regulate temperature without being too cool. We absolutely love this mattress and are considering purchasing one for our guest room and also our teenage son who needs a larger bed.

The wife and I have both developed horrible lower back pain from sleeping in this mattress. The pillow top has always sagged from one side and is short on the other. The mattress developed a dip in the middle within a few months and has been a torture to sleep on. I slept on a $300 memory foam style mattress placed on the floor at a family members house and that was a thousand times better than sleeping on this thing. Do yourself a favor and buy a different mattress.

I AM A THICK WOMAN AND MY HUSBAND IS A BIG GUY AS WELL, I AM A SIDE-STOMACH SLEEPER. I WAS HAVING SOME BACK PAIN AND THE MATTRESSES I HAD WERE PILLOW TOP AND SUNKN IN OF COURSE AFTER HAVING FOR 9 YEARS!!! WELL I WENT WITH THIS SET THINKING I NEEDED MORE OF A FIRM BED TO HELP WITH MY BACK PAIN WELL THE FIRMNESS DID NOT HELP WITH THAT AT ALL BUT.....THIS SET IS STILL FIRM FIRM FIRM!!! THIS MATTRESS SET HAS DEFINITELY HELD UP!!!!

I purchased this mattress and after a few months the pillow top was sagging to one side. I purchased a ZINUS SmartBase super heavy duty mattress foundation (14 in. Metal platform bed frame) thinking this would offer better support than a cheap box spring. I'm 34 years old and I have never suffered from such bad back pain until I purchased this mattress. I thought this would be a good investment but it has caused the worst back pain for both my wife and I. It has gotten to the point where I have to sleep on the couch to recover from a weeks worth of back pain. Sure enough when I sleep on my couch I have no back pain so it is definitely the mattress .

I brought this king mattress back in January 2022 and after 3 months there is a noticeable dent where we sleep. It makes it uncomfortable to sleep and we toss and turn at night. It was comfortable at the beginning but then sagged pretty quick. The original Glenmoor (1.0?) held up much better with no sagging after 3 years.

Purchased mattress set 10 months ago and, although neither my husband and I are overweight, there is now a depression on both sides of the mattress. This is very uncomfortable, and feels as though there is a slight hill when you roll from one position to another. I've never had backaches before, but have had them off and on every time I sleep on my mattress.

Still loving my Glenmoor queen size mattress. We have owned it for almost 2 years. Very impressed with the material, and comfort. You would think its still brand new. The comfort is the same as we first got it, hasnt broke down or sagged. Would highly recommend this mattress

I bought this Luxury Firm Mattress king in April 16 2017.Since then it keeps sinking. from all sides Though I keep changing the sides very often.This is giving me back pain. Perhaps the quality of springs are bad.I will not recommend this Item at all.
