I AM A THICK WOMAN AND MY HUSBAND IS A BIG GUY AS WELL, I AM A SIDE-STOMACH SLEEPER. I WAS HAVING SOME BACK PAIN AND THE MATTRESSES I HAD WERE PILLOW TOP AND SUNKN IN OF COURSE AFTER HAVING FOR 9 YEARS!!! WELL I WENT WITH THIS SET THINKING I NEEDED MORE OF A FIRM BED TO HELP WITH MY BACK PAIN WELL THE FIRMNESS DID NOT HELP WITH THAT AT ALL BUT.....THIS SET IS STILL FIRM FIRM FIRM!!! THIS MATTRESS SET HAS DEFINITELY HELD UP!!!!

The wife and I have both developed horrible lower back pain from sleeping in this mattress. The pillow top has always sagged from one side and is short on the other. The mattress developed a dip in the middle within a few months and has been a torture to sleep on. I slept on a $300 memory foam style mattress placed on the floor at a family members house and that was a thousand times better than sleeping on this thing. Do yourself a favor and buy a different mattress.

The mattress felt really nice, a little firm to start then it softened up after I guess a couple of months. At about a year my husband and I were both complaining that we were sleeping in like a valley or gutter. The sides were up higher. We went to Sams and told them the issue and ended up getting a full refund. So for the quality it isn't that great since it sank in too soon, but the warranty was good.

I have been searching for the right mattress that's affordable at less than $500. This mattress replaced a 10+ year mattress at our guest bedroom so I'm not thrilled with spending a lot of money since it will not be used in our bedroom. Surprisingly, it's very comfortable! I know it says “luxury pillow top firm” but it's really not that firm. Unlike other reviews I don't find it firm as a rock. It's in between plush but comfortable at the same time. But definitely not firm. This mattress is more on the plush side. I took a gamble and bought this online to be picked up in store without even checking it out in the store. I just based my buying impulse on the reviews left online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Glenmoor is an amazing hybrid mattress. Just the right amount of support and still soft enough to be comfy. I suffer from scoliosis and no longer wake up with my back hurting. I don't feel my husband move or get out of bed in the middle of the night, which is so nice because I'm not woken up as much anymore. This mattress also has great temperature control as well. I used to get so hot with our old mattress. Now we are both cooler and much more comfortable at night. We would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone!

I do not recommend this mattress. We bought this Glenmoor in Feb 2020. It was great at first but after about 18 months, it has developed deep body indentations. It feels as though you are sleeping in a hole. There is a ridge down the middle that looks so odd. Even when the bed is made it is still very noticeable. We do not spend more than 8 hours in bed each day. So very disappointed in Serta.

I have tried to give this mattress the benefit of doubt and at this point the only thing I'm sure of is that this mattress is NOT for me! I wake up in so much pain from lack of support, my body print is still there when I get up .The old mattress was more comfortable. .A complete disappointment!!!

Purchased mattress set 10 months ago and, although neither my husband and I are overweight, there is now a depression on both sides of the mattress. This is very uncomfortable, and feels as though there is a slight hill when you roll from one position to another. I've never had backaches before, but have had them off and on every time I sleep on my mattress.

Well it was time to get a new mattress and going with the Glenmoor luxury hybrid was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Lots of support, firm yet still very incredibly comfortable. I absolutely love Serta mattresses. I'm sad to see my Serta Perfect Sleeper Knollcrest Super Plush Pillow Top leave but it was time. Here's to another 7 years with Serta, cheers!

Purchased this Queen Perfect Sleeper Luxury Hybrid Glenmoor at Sam's Club to replace an old worn out Spring Air mattress that was in the guest room. Before we replaced the mattress my Mother-in-law would only stay for one night. Now she says for a week! She says it is the most comfortable mattress she has slept on. I may have to return the mattress to get her to go back home. :)
