Super Comfortable

I really liked the feel of the model bed people try on at the store which led me and my husband to buy this mattress. We used to have a foam mattress but we always woke up sore and feeling stiff. The very first night we used this new bed, we actually felt we slept so much better. It felt very comfortable and relaxing. I used to feel very sore and tired when I wake up on our old bed because of my herniated disks that sends vibrating pain to my shoulders and arms. Now I sleep easier with this bed. I hope it lasts long to keep me asleep better.

If you like sleeping in a ditch

If you like a deep center slope this is the mattress for you. Poor advertising and craftmanship .... this is not supportive at all. I'm small and it feels like climbing out of a ditch. I love Sam's and have purchased many good mattresses from them. This is the worst. Returning.

Huge crater in the middle!

There had to be a batch of these mattresses with serious design flaws sold through Sam's Club! I purchased this for my son and it formed a crater in the middle almost immediately! 8 months later, there is no padding left in the middle area. I have purchased Serta mattresses in the past and have never had this problem. These .mattresses should be recalled. Too many people who purchased this model in the last year have all had the same complaints! That isn't a coincidence! I wish I had read the reviews before buying this mattress!!!

Not good...

I could swear this was the same mattress I purchased previously, however this one sagged in the middle within the first month. I've only had it 5-6 months & definitely regret buying this mattress. I have NOT had a good night's sleep on this. I wish I could return it and find something different.

WORST MATTRESS & CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Purchased this mattress in September 2021. After 4 weeks, it was finally delivered. 2 weeks of sleeping on this mattress, there were holes on each side where my husband and I sleep with a big hump in the middle. Returned this mattress for a replacement (same brand) and after 6 weeks, received the replacement. Again same issue, 2 weeks of sleeping on it and it did the same thing. Now we have been trying for the last 1-1/2 months to get this horrid mattress picked up for a refund and continue to get the run around with the logistics company that does the pick ups. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MATTRESS!!!

Squeak and sag

We bought this at Christmas time and though it's firmer than I remember in the store I decided to just let my body get used to it. 3 months later we noticed a little squeak every time we roll over. Due to covid we've had it another 2 months and the squeaks have gotten worse and sags have started (neither of us weigh over 200 lbs). My last mattress lasted 10 years before it started to sag. I never write reviews but this is the worst quality mattress and I'd hate for anyone to make my mistake!

Overall Horrible

The wife and I have both developed horrible lower back pain from sleeping in this mattress. The pillow top has always sagged from one side and is short on the other. The mattress developed a dip in the middle within a few months and has been a torture to sleep on. I slept on a $300 memory foam style mattress placed on the floor at a family members house and that was a thousand times better than sleeping on this thing. Do yourself a favor and buy a different mattress.

Not a good mattress after 3 months of purchase!!

Really disappointed with this Queen Serta Perfect Sleeper Glenmoor 2.0 Pillowtop Mattress. I read some bad reviews about mattress sinking/losing its shape which I thought, it wouldn't happen to me because I've ordered mattresses before from Sams Club and I've never had any issues...until now! We purchased this mattress for my 14year old son who is thin and tall(5'11 150lbs) the last week of Jan 2020 and after 3 months there's a crater forming on the side he sleeps in!! Really disappointing! I'll definitely reach out to Sam's Club in regards this issue and hopefully I'm able to return this mattress but because of the quarantine, not sure what the return policy would be. Can't believe if this happened in 3 months...imagine in 6 months how will this mattress be like!! DO NOT BUY! Added two photos and the right side of the photo is the side where mattress is lower than the other side. WoW, photos weren't able to download!

not worth it

Beginning to think all of these pillow top style mattresses from Serra are a joke. We took sams up on their ten year program, and we have ever since. Almost every year we return another one, to buy another because the bed starts sagging in the places my husband and I lay. We are average, 125lb, and my husband is 170. There isn't any real reason they should sag after only a month. We are trying the boxed one now, in hopes it's different. Don't buy this mattress. Or any of the pillow top for that matter, unless you want to keep returning it.

Awful!!

I have tried to give this mattress the benefit of doubt and at this point the only thing I'm sure of is that this mattress is NOT for me! I wake up in so much pain from lack of support, my body print is still there when I get up .The old mattress was more comfortable. .A complete disappointment!!!
