I'll really love it

I bought this mattress 3 days ago. It is very, very firm. The display at the store is not what it will feel like when you get it home. I think the one in store has been laid on so much that it is worn out a bit. I was expecting a soft cushion with some firmness. This bed is soft to the touch and feels like it will have some plushness, but when you lay on it, it is like laying on the floor. We will be returning. I gave it 2 stars because it seems quality made and seems like a nice mattress, but only if you like your mattress firm.

Mattress was delivered on June 7, 2021 and is sagging in the middle already! I weigh 180 lbs. and the only one that sleeps in this bed and can't believe that this mattress is sagging already. I'm about ready to contact Sam's because it's only going to get worse with time and not quite sure if I want a refund or try another mattress.

I do not recommend this mattress. We bought this Glenmoor in Feb 2020. It was great at first but after about 18 months, it has developed deep body indentations. It feels as though you are sleeping in a hole. There is a ridge down the middle that looks so odd. Even when the bed is made it is still very noticeable. We do not spend more than 8 hours in bed each day. So very disappointed in Serta.

Just got our mattress a week a go and I'm more than satisfy with my purchase. I like that it sits higher because my husband is 6'5. It's plenty of space for the both of us to stretch out and his feet don't hang off the bed! The mattress is nice and firm but yet soft and comfy. Since our purchase, my husband and I have enjoyed the feeling of a good night sleep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First this mattress is pretty..,I know that sounds strange to describe a mattress, but it is really nicely made. It is THICK! We now joke that we have a princess in the pea bed, I love it. As for comfort it has everything you would want in a mattress. The pillow top has the nice softness and the. It is firm under that. It's a perfect blend for my husband and I. I do prefer a softer mattress, but overall this is a great combo for us. We don't feel each other moving on the mattress which is nice. It also stays cool I like that. Overall I really like this mattress I hope it holds up,as well over many more nights.

The bed is a good combination of support and pillow top. I like soft, my wife likes firm. It seems to be right in the middle. Pillow to conform; Firm underneath to support. The only Con for us was that the gel cooling is not as effective as we had hoped. Maybe it's the higher humidity in Fort Lauderdale, FL. However, overall, a good value from Sam's club.

The mattress is firm yet comfy and it was easy to fall asleep. I usually toss and turn and wake up multiple times throughout the night. With this bed that is not a problem. I fall asleep fast and stay asleep. This mattress is the best purchase we have made in a while!

I received my set yesterday after purchasing it for my first King size bed. The set is beautiful the delivery was flawless. Unfortunately, after sleeping on this mattress last night my back is in knots this morning. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I read the reviews for this product and some were glowing others were not. I should have realized where there's smoke there's FIRE!!

The mattress is firm but comfortable and has a plush pillow top with cooling technology that works well. It provides enough support where you don't feel your spouse moving around. This has been the best mattress I have slept on. I am very happy with choice.
