Mattress was delivered on June 7, 2021 and is sagging in the middle already! I weigh 180 lbs. and the only one that sleeps in this bed and can't believe that this mattress is sagging already. I'm about ready to contact Sam's because it's only going to get worse with time and not quite sure if I want a refund or try another mattress.

We bought this 9/2018 and we had two deep valleys where we sleep within 6 months. I only got on here to see in my order history when it was that we got the mattress...felt sure it had been 2 years because of the condition it's in...NOPE. 15 MONTHS!! Decided to leave a review to let others know. It's only gotten worse and now we wake up in pain. I'm 41 and weigh 120 and my husband is 6'0 and weighs 165...so we are not large people causing the dips. Very frustrating and disappointing that Sam's Club sells a product like this. The dips are visible when the bed is made too. ☹️ The ONLY positive about this mattress is that I cannot feel/hear my husband get out of bed in the mornings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that my wife and I had just gotten out thirteen year old mattress right where we wanted it, broken in and comfortable. Boy, was I wrong! We picked up a Glenmoor about a month ago, and I can tell you that we're feeling far more rested, even when sleeping shortened hours. The mattress is firm without being rock hard, and supportive without being completely rigid and unforgiving. I'm extremely happy to say we have welcomed Serta into our house, and aren't likely to give it up!

I bought this mattress a month ago. It is very good. We ordered Cal King which took forever to arrive. The third party that delivered it did not haul away old mattress as was told by Sam's club. The delivery company said they only haul mattress that was not torn even though our old mattress was still looking very clean. Sam's club should improve communication on this

We thought initially that we had made a great purchase when we chose this mattress. However, after using it for four months, it has deep impressions on both sides where we sleep while the middle of the mattress is a high ridge between us. We purchased a memory foam mattress topper to use on top of the mattress hoping it would help to level the surface of this mattress, but it did not help in the least. Sadly, it is not made to be turned over. We are ready to return it!

I also bought this from Sam's. After 6 months and a whole lot of aches from it not be able to hold my weight of 250 lbs. It has sunken in. I have rotated and I have slept on different sides. I would think that a mattress would hold this weight. I am certain that 2 people on this mattress wouldn't hold up either . I am now looking for another mattress and will never buy a Serta.

I purchased this mattress in January 2021 and the mattress was good for maybe 6 months. Thereafter my husband and I wake up every morning with our shoulders and back hurting. While laying in bed you can feel the coils popping in the mattress. We are now back in the market looking for another mattress.

This mattress sagged from the start and has only gotten worse. It is one of the worst mattresses we have ever had. We have more aches and pains after having slept on this for 7-8 months than we had before getting it. It is like sleeping on a plank and definitely not for side sleepers. We are thoroughly disappointed with this purpose and need a better mattress.

Beginning to think all of these pillow top style mattresses from Serra are a joke. We took sams up on their ten year program, and we have ever since. Almost every year we return another one, to buy another because the bed starts sagging in the places my husband and I lay. We are average, 125lb, and my husband is 170. There isn't any real reason they should sag after only a month. We are trying the boxed one now, in hopes it's different. Don't buy this mattress. Or any of the pillow top for that matter, unless you want to keep returning it.

I tried my best to like this mattress, but ultimately it ended up feeling like I was just sleeping on the floor. The mattress does not conform at all. I have an extremely hard time believing there are individual wrapped coils inside as the mattress just becomes a solid flat board once you lay on it. I thought perhaps the mattress just needed to be broken in, but there's just no way that's the case. I went from sleeping just fine on our old mattress to both my wife and I waking up completely stiff in the mornings. Nothing quite like needing to take an ibuprofen just so you can move your back for no other reason than sleeping on a new mattress. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone whatsoever. I only came back here to print off my receipt so I can return this to my Sam's Club this evening.
