I've been sleeping on this mattress for a month now, and I am having the second issues with back pain that I did with the last mattress. I bought this because it was supposed to help alleviate my back pain and it hasn't in any way! The mattress is also dipping. I realize that $500 is not a lot of money to some people, but it is to me. I was, and still am, so desperate to alleviate my back pain that I bought this mattress instead of paying other bills. What a waste of money! This thing is going back as soon as possible!!! Do not buy this!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that my wife and I had just gotten out thirteen year old mattress right where we wanted it, broken in and comfortable. Boy, was I wrong! We picked up a Glenmoor about a month ago, and I can tell you that we're feeling far more rested, even when sleeping shortened hours. The mattress is firm without being rock hard, and supportive without being completely rigid and unforgiving. I'm extremely happy to say we have welcomed Serta into our house, and aren't likely to give it up!

We have had this bed a little over a year and it only gets worse! This was the worse bed I have ever had. Since the first month it started to sink in and now we have our own “wells” to sleep in with a huge mountain right in the middle of us. I have to place pillows under my sides to wake up in less pain. We are better off sleeping on the sofa at least that back pain is tolerable.

I bought a Glenmoor Pillowtop Queen set after speaking to a Serta rep and talking in length about what I wanted. This mattress is nothing as described or as described to me. It is HARD and HOT to sleep in even in December. I can't imagine what it will be like in Mid-summer. My husband and I also both feel as we are going to slide off the edge of the mattress.

Bought this in June and its now October. The spot I sleep in has flattened out and you dip straight to the hard surface underneath the foam. When I lay in other spots that haven't been slept on it's like new. Before it flattened it was a great mattress, just not durable or maybe a faulty mattress.

If you like a deep center slope this is the mattress for you. Poor advertising and craftmanship .... this is not supportive at all. I'm small and it feels like climbing out of a ditch. I love Sam's and have purchased many good mattresses from them. This is the worst. Returning.

I got this bed with the adjustable frame about 3 months ago its hard as a rock but even worse its not hold up very well I average 6 hrs a night on this bed and was told to rotate once a month but still the mattress isn't holding up to the bend when I adjust the frame very disappointed For what this cost and who it's made by I expected more

Purchased this mattress in September 2021. After 4 weeks, it was finally delivered. 2 weeks of sleeping on this mattress, there were holes on each side where my husband and I sleep with a big hump in the middle. Returned this mattress for a replacement (same brand) and after 6 weeks, received the replacement. Again same issue, 2 weeks of sleeping on it and it did the same thing. Now we have been trying for the last 1-1/2 months to get this horrid mattress picked up for a refund and continue to get the run around with the logistics company that does the pick ups. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MATTRESS!!!

Really disappointed with this Queen Serta Perfect Sleeper Glenmoor 2.0 Pillowtop Mattress. I read some bad reviews about mattress sinking/losing its shape which I thought, it wouldn't happen to me because I've ordered mattresses before from Sams Club and I've never had any issues...until now! We purchased this mattress for my 14year old son who is thin and tall(5'11 150lbs) the last week of Jan 2020 and after 3 months there's a crater forming on the side he sleeps in!! Really disappointing! I'll definitely reach out to Sam's Club in regards this issue and hopefully I'm able to return this mattress but because of the quarantine, not sure what the return policy would be. Can't believe if this happened in 3 months...imagine in 6 months how will this mattress be like!! DO NOT BUY! great mattress with a pillow top, the first night was tough as the mattress felt too firm, however over the next several nights the mattress felt firm but the comfort level increased. I would definitely recommend and look forward to many good nights!
