Super Comfortable

I really liked the feel of the model bed people try on at the store which led me and my husband to buy this mattress. We used to have a foam mattress but we always woke up sore and feeling stiff. The very first night we used this new bed, we actually felt we slept so much better. It felt very comfortable and relaxing. I used to feel very sore and tired when I wake up on our old bed because of my herniated disks that sends vibrating pain to my shoulders and arms. Now I sleep easier with this bed. I hope it lasts long to keep me asleep better.

Middle Hump

I bought the king and queen size of this mattress on 2/2018 and the King mattress has a large hump between where we both lay. We are small people and am truly disappointed since this happened within the first year and a half of owning. Sams needs to quit carrying this mattress. Please let me know what my refund options are at this time since the bed is too uncomfortable to sleep on

Not good...

I could swear this was the same mattress I purchased previously, however this one sagged in the middle within the first month. I've only had it 5-6 months & definitely regret buying this mattress. I have NOT had a good night's sleep on this. I wish I could return it and find something different.

Never Serta Again

After 6 months we have two large craters in our mattress and a large lump in the middle. Neither of us are large people. So it's pretty disappointing. Im trying to find out about returning this mattress and finding something else. It was good the first month or two but then quickly lost its form. Sad really. I wanted to love it.

Excellent for Some, Horrible for Others

I'm from but a few that are actually happy with the purchase. Yes, it could be firmer. I expected it to be firmer but it is advertised for side sleepers. I do find it satisfactory for my wife and myself, but buying a mattress to suit one's preferences is very subjective. Don't buy this mattress if you don't like the sinking feeling. Consider the Oakbridge instead. One may have to consider a higher priced point mattress instead to ready suit their needs.

Squeak and sag

We bought this at Christmas time and though it's firmer than I remember in the store I decided to just let my body get used to it. 3 months later we noticed a little squeak every time we roll over. Due to covid we've had it another 2 months and the squeaks have gotten worse and sags have started (neither of us weigh over 200 lbs). My last mattress lasted 10 years before it started to sag. I never write reviews but this is the worst quality mattress and I'd hate for anyone to make my mistake!

WORST MATTRESS & CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Purchased this mattress in September 2021. After 4 weeks, it was finally delivered. 2 weeks of sleeping on this mattress, there were holes on each side where my husband and I sleep with a big hump in the middle. Returned this mattress for a replacement (same brand) and after 6 weeks, received the replacement. Again same issue, 2 weeks of sleeping on it and it did the same thing. Now we have been trying for the last 1-1/2 months to get this horrid mattress picked up for a refund and continue to get the run around with the logistics company that does the pick ups. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MATTRESS!!!

SERTA Glenmor 2.0

We bought two of the twin XL mattresses for our Split King bed and were told to give it a month to get used to. It's been over a year and I'd have to say, do not buy. Worst mattresses ever. Neither of us have gotten a good night's sleep. Hopefully the 3.0 is much better.

POOR QUALITY

Bought two of these for our adjustable King base. We were excited when they arrived after waiting a long time. Once we took the plastic off you can see the poor stitching on the mattress, fabric not properly tucked in before being stitched, and the stitching around the side of the mattress was unraveling causing the sides to bulk out. DO NOT BUY.

This bed too hard

I got this bed with the adjustable frame about 3 months ago its hard as a rock but even worse its not hold up very well I average 6 hrs a night on this bed and was told to rotate once a month but still the mattress isn't holding up to the bend when I adjust the frame very disappointed For what this cost and who it's made by I expected more
