Purchased 2 years ago. After 1 year,extreme sagging in the middle and uncomfortable to sleep on. When it was delievered it was dropped from truck onto driveway. In hind sight I am thinking this could have something to do with the problem. Only one person has sleep on this mattress not like it has had alot of weight on it to cause sagging. I have purchased other mattresses from Sam's in the last 7 years and are so happy with them

I bought the king and queen size of this mattress on 2/2018 and the King mattress has a large hump between where we both lay. We are small people and am truly disappointed since this happened within the first year and a half of owning. Sams needs to quit carrying this mattress. Please let me know what my refund options are at this time since the bed is too uncomfortable to sleep on

This mattress sagged from the start and has only gotten worse. It is one of the worst mattresses we have ever had. We have more aches and pains after having slept on this for 7-8 months than we had before getting it. It is like sleeping on a plank and definitely not for side sleepers. We are thoroughly disappointed with this purpose and need a better mattress.

We had purchased this mattress at the store about 8 mo. and have to say it is probably the best mattress we have ever had. I'm 5'11" 185lb and my wife 5'6" 140lb. Both my wife and I have back issues and we are both sleeping better now with this Serta Perfect Sleeper Glenmoor. No sagging, no caving, when I get up in the morning, I get out without being noticed. Excellent Mattress for your money without paying 2-$3000. I definitely recommend purchasing through Sam's Club.

We thought initially that we had made a great purchase when we chose this mattress. However, after using it for four months, it has deep impressions on both sides where we sleep while the middle of the mattress is a high ridge between us. We purchased a memory foam mattress topper to use on top of the mattress hoping it would help to level the surface of this mattress, but it did not help in the least. Sadly, it is not made to be turned over. We are ready to return it!

I'm from but a few that are actually happy with the purchase. Yes, it could be firmer. I expected it to be firmer but it is advertised for side sleepers. I do find it satisfactory for my wife and myself, but buying a mattress to suit one's preferences is very subjective. Don't buy this mattress if you don't like the sinking feeling. Consider the Oakbridge instead. One may have to consider a higher priced point mattress instead to ready suit their needs.

Beginning to think all of these pillow top style mattresses from Serra are a joke. We took sams up on their ten year program, and we have ever since. Almost every year we return another one, to buy another because the bed starts sagging in the places my husband and I lay. We are average, 125lb, and my husband is 170. There isn't any real reason they should sag after only a month. We are trying the boxed one now, in hopes it's different. Don't buy this mattress. Or any of the pillow top for that matter, unless you want to keep returning it.

I bought this mattress a month ago. It is very good. We ordered Cal King which took forever to arrive. The third party that delivered it did not haul away old mattress as was told by Sam's club. The delivery company said they only haul mattress that was not torn even though our old mattress was still looking very clean. Sam's club should improve communication on this

We bought this 9/2018 and we had two deep valleys where we sleep within 6 months. I only got on here to see in my order history when it was that we got the mattress...felt sure it had been 2 years because of the condition it's in...NOPE. 15 MONTHS!! Decided to leave a review to let others know. It's only gotten worse and now we wake up in pain. I'm 41 and weigh 120 and my husband is 6'0 and weighs 165...so we are not large people causing the dips. Very frustrating and disappointing that Sam's Club sells a product like this. The dips are visible when the bed is made too. ☹️ The ONLY positive about this mattress is that I cannot feel/hear my husband get out of bed in the mornings.

I purchased this mattress in January 2021 and the mattress was good for maybe 6 months. Thereafter my husband and I wake up every morning with our shoulders and back hurting. While laying in bed you can feel the coils popping in the mattress. We are now back in the market looking for another mattress.
