I bought a Glenmoor Pillowtop Queen set after speaking to a Serta rep and talking in length about what I wanted. This mattress is nothing as described or as described to me. It is HARD and HOT to sleep in even in December. I can't imagine what it will be like in Mid-summer. My husband and I also both feel as we are going to slide off the edge of the mattress.

Really disappointed with this Queen Serta Perfect Sleeper Glenmoor 2.0 Pillowtop Mattress. I read some bad reviews about mattress sinking/losing its shape which I thought, it wouldn't happen to me because I've ordered mattresses before from Sams Club and I've never had any issues...until now! We purchased this mattress for my 14year old son who is thin and tall(5'11 150lbs) the last week of Jan 2020 and after 3 months there's a crater forming on the side he sleeps in!! Really disappointing! I'll definitely reach out to Sam's Club in regards this issue and hopefully I'm able to return this mattress but because of the quarantine, not sure what the return policy would be. Can't believe if this happened in 3 months...imagine in 6 months how will this mattress be like!! DO NOT BUY! Added two photos and the right side of the photo is the side where mattress is lower than the other side. WoW, photos weren't able to download!

This is by far the WORST mattress that I have ever owned. After about 3 months the mattress clearly showed where each my husband and I lay, now we have huge indents that we literally have to roll out of. I haven't been able to sleep through the night due to how terrible it is. I thought getting a brand new bed with our wedding money would be the best and it has proved to be nothing than a waste... severely disappointed in Serta for making this product.

great mattress with a pillow top, the first night was tough as the mattress felt too firm, however over the next several nights the mattress felt firm but the comfort level increased. I would definitely recommend and look forward to many good nights!

I bought this mattress 3 days ago. It is very, very firm. The display at the store is not what it will feel like when you get it home. I think the one in store has been laid on so much that it is worn out a bit. I was expecting a soft cushion with some firmness. This bed is soft to the touch and feels like it will have some plushness, but when you lay on it, it is like laying on the floor. We will be returning. I gave it 2 stars because it seems quality made and seems like a nice mattress, but only if you like your mattress firm.

I'll really love it

Bought this in June and its now October. The spot I sleep in has flattened out and you dip straight to the hard surface underneath the foam. When I lay in other spots that haven't been slept on it's like new. Before it flattened it was a great mattress, just not durable or maybe a faulty mattress.

We were very excited about purchasing this mattress after reading the reviews. Sure there were some bad ones but I felt the good ones outweighed them. I should have listened to the bad reviews! It was very nice and comfortable at first but shortly after a year of owning it, me and my partner's back started to hurt. We noticed that an indentation where we slept started forming and has only gotten worse. We've only had it for two years and are already looking to replace it because of back pain. I guess you get what you pay for.

We have had this bed a little over a year and it only gets worse! This was the worse bed I have ever had. Since the first month it started to sink in and now we have our own “wells” to sleep in with a huge mountain right in the middle of us. I have to place pillows under my sides to wake up in less pain. We are better off sleeping on the sofa at least that back pain is tolerable.

We had purchased this mattress at the store about 8 mo. and have to say it is probably the best mattress we have ever had. I'm 5'11" 185lb and my wife 5'6" 140lb. Both my wife and I have back issues and we are both sleeping better now with this Serta Perfect Sleeper Glenmoor. No sagging, no caving, when I get up in the morning, I get out without being noticed. Excellent Mattress for your money without paying 2-$3000. I definitely recommend purchasing through Sam's Club.
