We purchased only the mattress and think we need a new box spring as well. So cannot really rate the mattress as the box spring is failing and two people roll towards the middle of the bed

Love this mattress!! Very comfortable and good support! I bought a queen size a couple years ago and our overnight guest simply love it! So I ordered the king for me, and yes I can say I love it!!!

We've been using the product for a few weeks now and it it's a huge improvement over the old mattress we were using. It's nice not to be so stiff in the morning!

I also bought this from Sam's. After 6 months and a whole lot of aches from it not be able to hold my weight of 250 lbs. It has sunken in. I have rotated and I have slept on different sides. I would think that a mattress would hold this weight. I am certain that 2 people on this mattress wouldn't hold up either . I am now looking for another mattress and will never buy a Serta.

This mattress was suggested to me by a friend as I would have never bought one before trying it. It is absolutely horrible. There are huge indentations where my husband and I sleep with a large hump in the middle. I thought perhaps it was the box spring set, but pulled the mattress to check and they are in great shape with no give at all. I brought up this purchase again and starting reading the reviews and was shocked at how many people said the same thing about this mattress. We had it less than 6 months before we started noticing the issue and it already feels and looks like a 20 year old mattress.

We were very excited about purchasing this mattress after reading the reviews. Sure there were some bad ones but I felt the good ones outweighed them. I should have listened to the bad reviews! It was very nice and comfortable at first but shortly after a year of owning it, me and my partner's back started to hurt. We noticed that an indentation where we slept started forming and has only gotten worse. We've only had it for two years and are already looking to replace it because of back pain. I guess you get what you pay for.

We bought two of the twin XL mattresses for our Split King bed and were told to give it a month to get used to. It's been over a year and I'd have to say, do not buy. Worst mattresses ever. Neither of us have gotten a good night's sleep. Hopefully the 3.0 is much better.

I tried my best to like this mattress, but ultimately it ended up feeling like I was just sleeping on the floor. The mattress does not conform at all. I have an extremely hard time believing there are individual wrapped coils inside as the mattress just becomes a solid flat board once you lay on it. I thought perhaps the mattress just needed to be broken in, but there's just no way that's the case. I went from sleeping just fine on our old mattress to both my wife and I waking up completely stiff in the mornings. Nothing quite like needing to take an ibuprofen just so you can move your back for no other reason than sleeping on a new mattress. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone whatsoever. I only came back here to print off my receipt so I can return this to my Sam's Club this evening.

This is by far the WORST mattress that I have ever owned. After about 3 months the mattress clearly showed where each my husband and I lay, now we have huge indents that we literally have to roll out of. I haven't been able to sleep through the night due to how terrible it is. I thought getting a brand new bed with our wedding money would be the best and it has proved to be nothing than a waste... severely disappointed in Serta for making this product.

After 6 months we have two large craters in our mattress and a large lump in the middle. Neither of us are large people. So it's pretty disappointing. Im trying to find out about returning this mattress and finding something else. It was good the first month or two but then quickly lost its form. Sad really. I wanted to love it.
